My experience at this Starbucks was mixed. While the food service was slow and the coffee tasted burnt, my wife and daughter enjoyed their beverages. Despite the busy atmosphere, the staff could improve on efficiency and coffee quality.

I occasionally treat myself to a chai. I've stopped because the last several times I've been here, it never tastes good. It's like they've completely watered it down and it costs a ton for glorified water. The drive-thru always takes forever. When you order ahead for pickup, it's never ready at the designated time the app gives. This store is a hard no for me now a days.

Coffee was great. But it is the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. Not a lot of people but still for whatever reason very slow. I can't imagine them getting a lot of customers, they won't be able to handle it.

Simple concept: treat others the way you would want to be treated. When they say good morning how are you, reply back. Be a normal human being. These people don’t work for you, the customer is not always right. Treat them with kindness and shoot, they might be kind to you too! They were very kind to me. I wonder why that is?

The sweet girl in the drive thru tonight was amazing and made my whole night I don’t go to Starbucks often so I don’t know what to get and I made a mistake and didn’t like what I got she didn’t make me feel bad and replaced my drink with something I do! It really is the little things that make a difference!
