Tiffany is always, ALWAYS a pleasure! I love her service so much I've become a regular! My order is always perfect and I couldn't ask for more! They're quick even when they're busy and are always polite!

This place is horrible! I have been here 5 times and in the afternoon/evening hours and you might as well drive to the Huber Heights location because they are always on break or my favorite taking the trash out BRB just to come back and tell me there closed. I’ve been turned away more times than I have gotten coffee. I am not going here anymore. It’s a disappointment every single time. I’d say if you plan to go here you better call ahead twice and call again. Horrible customer service. Horrible!

I usually go to the other one but they were closed. Tried to tell the woman working (badge said Brandy) that I apologized for her being busy, she immediately cut me off rudely & told me to just tell her what I want. Then she gave me the wrong drink! People in customer service can really impact a person’s day, especially when they could be going through just as much as you. Her attitude alone genuinely hurt my feelings then the wrong drink had me ready to cry.

Ok at this point a manager has to step in somewhere. I never leave reviews but the amount of times their espresso machine is down, out of something, steamer is broken, or the coffee is made wrong is just crazy.Your machines shouldn’t be breaking everyday or figure out how to get a new one. 100 Billion Dollar company should be able to buy a new machine……

Register was down today. Could’ve done a mobile order right then and they could’ve made it for me but all she said was “our register is down” so I didn’t feel as though they wanted to do that. They always say they are out of EVERYTHING good online so I couldn’t have gotten what I wanted anyway. Very dissatisfied.

LAZY. Lazy. Lazy. Rarely ever open first thing in the mornings and if they are typically the girl who opens can’t handle it and shuts down mobile orders which can make it inconvenient. Or she’ll leave mobile orders open but change it to where it reflects them not having any flavoring do you can’t order what you want ? When you go in she magically has them.
