Forgot an entire burger and fries from my three meal order…. I tried to call back over to the store before I waste my gas money getting back across town and they refuse to answer. I’ve called 6 times…. The place is washed after Covid anyways, no servers, nobody to take your order, all do it yourself kiosk machines you don’t even make contact with a worker for a moment yet they’re still asking for tips? Place isn’t the same, the two burgers we did receive were good but missing an entire meal in a to go order is nonsense. Let alone poor management unable to answer a single call. Do better. Won’t receive my money again.

🤔Mediocre at best, their chilli cheese fries are lower end quality but Skyline chilli has me hooked on their chilli cheese fries Rally's loaded fries are good AF too just saying 😋

My experience at this steak and shake has been incredibly varied. Over my past three visits, I received good enough food and decent enough service, but my most recent visit was horrible. I got two shakes and two meals, one meal had a half full fry container, and the shakes were also half full. Not to mention, there was neither whipped cream nor a cherry on the shakes, so i ended up getting about 5 sips of my shakes before they were gone. Looking at my burger, I ordered a garlic steak burger and found that they had not put the garlic salt and seasoning on the bun of the burger, which i find to be one of the most enjoyable parts of the burger, but not as bad when compared to the shakes. Overall, the food tastes good and you get better service if you dine in rather than take out.

Long wait for our order, restaurant was very dirty and nearly empty. Our food wasn't very good.

Dirty floors, dirty tables, dirty windows. Filthy grills missing hood vents. Grease and residue highly noticeable. Obviously that hood vents are missing, what kind of foreign material is dropping onto grills and or food.

Worst experience ever! I ordered 6 milkshakes online. I walked into the store and stood right at the counter and was not acknowledged for 15 minutes. I finally yelled how long on my online order. They gave me melted shakes. I’ll never go back and I don’t recommend
