Ate here for the first time yesterday for lunch. Everything was delicious and perfectly cooked. Burger was phenomenal! Ambiance welcoming and comfortable. Definitely worth the visit!

The service and the atmosphere were fantastic. 5/5 on that account. My family and I went for lunch and we were all very pleased with our food, and the lunch prices were reasonable. The menu is small but that's fine, if you search the place on Google first you can see that the menu is small before hand. I don't think I would go there for dinner, due to how expensive it is. Their salad dressings seem house made and they were really good, but the rest of their food seemed a little bit salty or a tad bit bland to everybody. Food was 4/5 stars, but I definitely wasn't disappointed and will be back for lunch to try more items.

Always a great evening...great food, great service, very nice restaurant.
We were in downtown Springfield at an appointment and decided to get lunch here. The store is decorated very nicely inside. There is a modern contemporary design with a choice of booths or tables. We were met at the front station by the host and shown to our booth. The seats were comfortable. The wait staff arrived quickly to show us the menus and explain specials, and take our drink orders. I ended up getting the sesame chicken, and my spouse got the fish and chips. The food arrived in a very short time. The chicken was on a bed of fried rice. There was a flavorful sauce, and the meat was tender. There was a whisper of heat on the back end of the spice blend. I really liked it. It's not really spicy but just a bit. The fish and chips were nice and crunchy and featured a sweet honey drizzle. That was a nice touch. There was a big pile of fries served. More than we could eat. We both took home leftovers. The service was great. The staff checked on us several times, and the food was delicious. Prices were fair as well. I'm coming back to try other menu choices.

We are from out of town and just happen to come across the bistro. The taste of the food is out of this world. The chicken nachos are the best we’ve ever had. Our compliments to the chef, great job and keep it up.

The food is overpriced and not good! Got the Alabama bite it was so dry and fatty! Beautiful atmosphere but please spend your money elsewhere!

My husband and I had a date night here and weren’t impressed. Although the restaurant is located in a historic building and very unique, the food was lacking. I had the ravioli dish and would not recommend it to anyone. It was by far the worst meal I’ve had at any restaurant. It looked like slop you would feed livestock and the taste was just as bad. With that being said, my husband’s pork chop was cooked perfectly. The complimentary biscuits were tasteless and dry. The menu is VERY limited and they wouldn’t allow any substitutions! We were told that they only make enough sides for certain meals and therefore cannot accommodate any substitutions (not even if you payed for an up charge either). Not everyone likes certain sides that automatically comes with the meals. Also, we were sat near a door, so every time someone would go out to smoke it would waft right to our table when they came back inside. Very disappointing and we will not return which is a shame since we like supporting local businesses.

Outstanding in every way! The atmosphere, staff and menu are all excellent. The Stella Frites, Grilled Cheese with Tomato Bisque and Vegan Stir Fry exceeded our expectations. We were so impressed. This was by far the best lunch I've had in 23 years of Springfield dining. This is Tuesday. We have a dinner reservation for Thursday and can hardly wait.
