Horrible establishment. I get sent coupons FROM SUBWAY and they refuse to take them. I spent 25 dollars on 2 footlong subs, neither being a signature, just basic subs and they refused to give me a fair amount of toppings, literally said they could only give 3 olives per 6 inch sub and then proceed to pour a pound of sauce on it. I’ve never had any problems with subways except this location, I know it’s franchise owned, but they should accept coupons from subway if using the subway logo and they should also have a more fair price when they’re so stingy with the toppings. I will not be returning to this location unless the management and staff change completely. Thanks to the second worker who felt bad and slid extra olives into a bag when the other rude lady wasn’t paying attention.

Got a mailer coupon/ which I've used at other subways. Footlong 6.99, it's also advertised on the subway corporate page. The main St location said the coupon is only good for build your own... So my 7 dollar sandwich is now 12.39. I eat a subway 2x a week and know the manager is wrong. Don't care so much, just annoyed. I won't go back to this one.

the worker was probably the nicest person i’ve ever incountered at fast food very kind and friendly. definitely recommend
After we started our order, we were informed that this particular Subway Location does NOT take coupons. Had we known that prior to starting our order, we would have left and gone to a Subway that does take coupons. We will not be back to this location as long as the owner refuses to accept a chance for hard working people to save a little bit of money by accepting the franchise coupon when there are plenty of other locations close enough to our home. The staff was friendly and prompt with completing our order.

Show up at 9:45 pm when they close at 10:00 pm walked up to the door the two employees that was working watched as I walked to the door and the door was locked and they both just walked away this is so very unprofessional they both was only worried about leaving work not making this owner they money they deserve if I was the owner I would fire both of them on the spot! This was on 12/23/24

I gave one star only because the lady's taking the order were very friendly and paid attention to detail. But this location will not take coupons because the owner is greedy and stingy and its not the first time ive heard it even from past employees on the subject 🤷
