I was done with my shopping at Walmart so me and my granddaughter went to sit down in the Subway. We had got some hot chicken nuggets from Walmart so I could spent some time talking with my Dammchild. Michelle F yelled from the register you have to buy something from here to sit here. Ok no worries I bought a cookie and cup of ice. I just want to talk with my 5 year granddaughter. So I sit down with her and then hear again yelling from beyond hind me. I turn around and Michelle is yelling I have to buy something. But I did so what's the problem. She says that I have to buy a sandwich but that's not what she said to start out with!!!! They made us leave so I asked for a refund but they couldn't do it but we still left. Customer service does go a long way!!!! Thanks for the shitty experience Michelle and subway!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The employees where extremely rude, the worker acted as if I was bothering him, I was waiting for 20 mins when I looked back and seen him on his phone, the manager watched me walk in but didn’t say anything and vanished out the subway store when she finally came back she still went and hid in the back i had to call my mom to see what she wanted which she picked up immediately and he started complaining I should know what I want before coming to the store, plus he didn’t wanna make the sandwich as my mom wanted, my mom just wanted the veggies toasted with her sub and he told her they weren’t allowed even tho she has it done all the time,my mom and I worked at subway for 5 years unti end of last year we know what you can and can’t do. Nothing has changed except the menu,there’s even a guide on most all the sandwiches stateing what you can and can’t toast
People want jobs but get mad when they actually have to do their job, is it fun? No but tough luck if you want to do anything with your life

It false advertisement to have coupons and then not except them. I told my daughter to leave the food on the counter next time cause we ended up spending double would have went next door to sensation if I new I was paying $12 a sub. FALSE ADVERSING IS

Wow...The disrespect staff Michelle at this establishment is unreal. She acts like she doesn't want to be there and the customer is bothering her. Had her make an order for me and she is asking if I wanted any veggies, I told her no just sauce, cheese and pepperoni and she says she don't care she can only do one thing at a time. Then a co worker asked if I needed anything else and I said I did. Michelle once again smarts off then you should have ordered them at the same time. I should have told her but you can only do one thing at a time per her first comment. Owner please respond and tell me you will correct this behavior. It was one of the most unpleasant experiences ever.

Staff is very rude, it’s not my fault you work there. The man taking my order was not changing his gloves. I shouldn’t have had to ask him to change his gloves after touching the cash register, or after scratching his head. It’s disgusting

Called the store and Russell wouldn’t take my order over the phone stating I had to do it on the app, but I advised him the app wouldn’t allow me to get items put on the side. I tried calling Derr Rd, but they were out of steak, cheese, mayo. SMH. What the hell is going on? Get it together subway!!

I've tried several times to give this location a chance and the service hasn't changed. It's always the same two ladies in there and every time they are extremely rude. Last time I was told I had to pay extra to eat in even though I was never asked if I wanted it to go or dine in. And then one of the workers proceeded to argue with me saying she did ask me. I politely said she didn't ask and kept eating my food. I understand having a bad day but to just be downright rude every time is uncalled for
