I use to eat at the Tuttle location.Now I don’t because a group of people sit inside everyday and stare at you .Walmart security told me they are there all day long and everyday.Talking about creepy !

The Subway in Walmart seems to ALWAYS be out of meatballs when I order a meatball sub. I mean ALWAYS. I have simply given up trying. Penn Station nearby have never turned my away.

I bought 2 dozen cookies from here, the first dozen of them were hard as bricks and stale. I waited 11 minutes for the second batch and those were perfect. She barely had enough to give me 12 for the first batch at around 11:30 in the morning. She gave me old cookies from the night before. I called back up there to let her know that the first batch were super stale. The manager Michelle argued with me about it telling me she had just made them. She's a liar. Refused to remake them or refund them. Claimed there was no one higher than her. Just a very obnoxious and ignorant person. I recorded her thankfully because she hung up on me. I will be filing a bbb complaint just so management can review her lack of professionalism and etiquette. I buy 2 dozen cookies from there every week and cant believe she acted so disrespectful over a dozen cookies. She knows what she did.

Perhaps others are coming at a different time than me but I didn't have the customer service issues others mention. I was here at 5:30 on a Saturday. I wasn't "wowed" but neither was it poor. Average customer service experience. They got bread and fixings correct, asked if I wanted the sandwich toasted and were able to handle an upside on the meal deal drink. (I stopped during a road trip to a concert and wanted a medium, it comes with a small because, presumably, most are dining in and getting refills.)

We have gotten subs many time here. This time the bread was not done. The person I spoke to was rude. Said she had made many no complaints. I was in food service many yrs when people were nice. What has happen. I never complain and no use now a days just keep ur mouth shut. Horrible!!!
