I am a regular visitor to this establishment and they cook very tasty, But today. I could not get my order and did not want to take it because two young girls work and they are very capricious I did not like their service and how they behave during service, managers, please look at the video surveillance and control your employees I ordered a pizza and because of their behavior I decided not to take it and left this establishment

The lady working this morning was apparently supposed to get off at 7:00 a.m. I was in the restaurant a few minutes after 7:00 and her replacement hadn't shown up yet. I understand that that can be frustrating but her constant complaining to me and other customers about it instead of focusing on what she was supposed to be doing was a bit annoying. Literally the entire time she kept repeating how unhappy she was and that she wanted to leave. She was not friendly to me or the other customers. She was very short in her communications. She definitely let her frustration show.

Lady working at night was very unprofessional. Sandwich was just full of veggies when I had told specifically told her to keep everything minimal.
This is the second time I order a subway … through Werner Enterprises… the information they received is clearly marked… they clearly disregarded what I ordered on top they gave me some with seeds in it?… if I had a car … I would of drove there… very piss…
Dietary restrictions: I wouldn’t recommend anything if they don’t get the food right….

Seems to be an above average location which seems to be in line with past experiences for franchises located in Love's truck/traveler stops. Staff was friendly and the restaurant area was clean. Only critique is the pricing which for Subway mediocre food quality is bit high compared to other chain sub eateries. Location is close by to the Springfield Fairgrounds and several large antique malls which is convenient for those visiting.
