This is the second time I order a subway … through Werner Enterprises… the information they received is clearly marked… they clearly disregarded what I ordered on top they gave me some with seeds in it?… if I had a car … I would of drove there… very piss…Dietary restrictions: I wouldn’t recommend anything if they don’t get the food right….

Seems to be an above average location which seems to be in line with past experiences for franchises located in Love's truck/traveler stops. Staff was friendly and the restaurant area was clean. Only critique is the pricing which for Subway mediocre food quality is bit high compared to other chain sub eateries. Location is close by to the Springfield Fairgrounds and several large antique malls which is convenient for those visiting.

Selma and her team at this Subway pulled off a miracle of catering when they had almost 30 boxed lunches ready for us when our bus arrived on a stopover from a long road trip. Our people got off and used the restrooms while we arranged the box lunches on the tables, they grabbed the lunches, got back on the bus and off we went. She and her team worked really hard to ensure we were ready to go. We very much appreciated their hard work!Parking: Located in a Love's Truck Stop. Very convenient.

Last lady I had was great but tonight on 02/21/23 at 3:30am I ordered two sandwiches for me and a guy I work with and I normally always grab us subs for around 19 to 20 bucks and when I stopped at this location two times before the other lady loads the sandwiches up better than most places do but tonight this girl asked me if I wanted to upgrade them to double the meat and she put the regular amount on both of them if not way less than the normal amount that they do and the. Charged me $30 for two subs lol I normally tip pretty good but definitely did not leave a tip this time and I won’t be coming back to get ripped off. The lady last time warned me that the other people one staff will rip people off and she was right. I’d keep driving if I was you.

Food/Drink: sandwich was made very well, and quickly. The lady seem to know what they were doing. Prices: Not outrageous, and relevant to a typical subway restaurant.Parking: Plenty of space, private lot.Bathrooms: Very clean, and smelled good. Plenty of stalls, and urinals. Paper towel and toilet paper were stocked!Atmosphere: During the weekday breakfast rush, Very quiet, tranquil, and chill. Staff/Attendants: Girls were great, awesome people. Good personalities, very attentive and helpful. Food out quick and correctly. 10/10

Horrible subway, used to work here, they do not clean their dishes well, barely use gloves behind the scenes, and recently gave me food poisoning. Do not eat here. If you crave subway this bad, the next closest location is East Main Street.

Wish I could have picked Wendy's over this sandwich shop. The first young man was very attentive and polite, no discussion there. BUT his female coworker had a big frown on her face, which is sad because she has beautiful ice blue eyes, anyway, she took about 5 minutes to put on her gloves, I guess she thought we'd jump the counter and build our own subs. There was an older African American lady before me, which she was very impolite to, not even a hello. Then it was my turn "what you want on it" is what I got. I, being polite said hello and asked for my toppings then finally requested mustard. I looked away because my husband was taking to me and by the time I looked back she was wrapping it up. We got into our vehicle and as we're driving away my son calls me, we talked to him for about 10 minutes, then proceeded to unwrap the subs, only to find mine drowning in mustard. I reached in the bag for a napkin but yeah she didn't place any in there either. I had to scoop out mustard just to be able to eat it.Anyway, I hope this helps someone to keep their eyes on their sub and may God bless this young female.

Wow, 9.50 for a foot long tuna. Deluxe is three dollars more. So much for five dollar for long. Seriously, wonder why sales are down, quit over charging for below average food.

This morning I stopped for breakfast and the young lady that helped me had red hair (almost like a fuscia color). I just had to do a review for her because she was the friendliest, most helpful, genuine person I’ve encountered, not just at subway, but anywhere, in a very long time. The world needs more people like her!
