I come here all the time to get food. The service is a 10/10 the atmosphere is a 9.8/10 that’s because sometimes the store radio plays weird songs and when your in line and hear weird songs it’s just weird. I give the food a 9.9/10 the reason I give that review is because after 6:30pm it’s a 50/50 chance if they have meatballs to make a meatball sub, and sometimes after the 7:20pm rush they have no chocolate chip cookies. If you’re doing take out it’s fairly quick and if you’re dining in it’s about the same time. I give this subway a 9.9/10 rating

I did a curbside order sat there waited and waited and waited called some dude to answer. The phone acted as if he couldn’t hear me on August 20 then hung up on me. I had to go in and get it curbside pick up means they’re supposed to bring it to you at the curb Obviously they didn’t get the memo.

Came in tonight to get food for my family walk in with five minutes until close which I apologize had just got off work, they were out of meatballs so I needed to call my daughter to see what she wanted instead I was told I had three minutes to figure it out I took my money else where, get better people with better customer service in your establishment.

They have best luncheon meats and cheeses at the lowest prices in Springfield. Hands down. Their Amish cheese is a dollar more per pound but it is well worth the price. Silky smooth taste. Very mild well worth the price.
