Spent $36 on food that definitely wasn't worth it. The shells were stale, barely any cheese on anything and the soft tacos I paid for extra cheese to be on them. Just overall wasn't worth it and I was disappointed. *Edit to add this was the East Main St location.

I remember when i was young, I used to work at this Taco Bell and Always eat here back in 2002 when they cared about how they present their food. Now, 2015 up to 2025.....now. They don't care how they give your food sloppy.Not appealing to eat looks dry, not very pleasant.I will never eat back at this Taco Bell on east main street again Peezley š

Placed a kiosk order and between no receipt and the attitude of the staff I will not be back. They fought us as to order errors and then even though I put a name on the order they were slamming us over the errors that they made. Also the music was so loud you couldn't even hold a simple conversation... Also the staff were loud and shouting and trash talking amongst each other.

The one on east main st is gross all the time. The employees donāt give a crap about your food. They ask you what sauce you want then NEVER actually give you the sauce. Always have to ask for it afterwards. Check your order before you leave the lot cuz 9 times out of 10 itās wrong.

Terrible service. Placed a $30 and every item was made wrong... they did not put the guacamole on the nachos they did not put my pizza sauce or onions on my Mexican pizza half of the Mexican pizza only had beans about 2 in thick the other half only had beef and the quesadilla one whole end was completely empty. Then when I tried to call and make a complaint the phone only rang busy. Either so many people are complaining and you just can't get through to make complaint or they actually took it off the hook because their service is so terrible. This review is for the Springfield Ohio East Main Street location. There are some really good taco bells out there this absolutely is not one of them.
I really feel that if a manager needs to consult an employee about their drawer being short then it should be in private. Not where customers and employees can see or hear. This woman just got told in front of her whole shift and customers that since her drawer was short $13 then she will possibly be fired. Unprofessional and uncaring from the old lady who was obviously getting off on her power trip. Was the Nadia stealing? Who knows. But this is a private conversation.

This is the worse Taco Bell I've ever been to in my life. Their customer service is crappy, they do not cook their food properly the tortillas are always stale. The other day I got a $7 luxe box. My daughter couldn't even eat it... I got home and tasted some of the chalupa tortilla, I started choking and I wouldn't stop until I threw it up. I normally get bean burritos the past few times I've gotten them from here they were not mixed properly, and it was kind of like dust chalky... it was disgusting. Be very careful if you come here and if you have a bad experience please share it so corporate becomes aware of this horrible establishment

Iām absolutely disappointed in this facility.. I waited an hour and half in drive through for my online/pick up order.. I get my order after waiting for so long and Iām missing 2 of my drinks and 2 burritos were missing. I attempted to call and no one picked up the phone. The lady at the speaker was rude, the service was terrible and the food we did receive was disappointing.
