ordered off of doordash took an hour and a half to even get my order ready refused to remake the freezes and then food was cold and my doordasher had to wait 30 minutes while they were disrespectful to her.

This is the 5th time THIS MONTH that my order has been wrong. I pulled up to the speaker and they asked if I was drunk when I spilled water in my lap which I found to be rude. One time they got my order wrong I came back around through the drive thru and theyade me come inside with 80 dollars worth of food in my hands. This time, they missed an entire box I ordered along with various other things that were supposed to be in other boxes. I called and they told me to come back I told them if I came back I wanted them to replace my box because it was going to be cold by the time I got back home and they said they couldn't do that. Went up there and they said they could only replace one thing from the box they didn't even give me to begin with. I'm done with this taco bell.

If you are going to charge people for extra nacho sauce at least have the decency to fill it all the way up this is the only taco bell in town that sucks and no wonder why.

This Taco Bell is awesome! All the employees were efficient, professional and courteous. An added bonus is seeming the camaraderie between the employees, the teamwork the management initiates, and the respect shown between each of them while they together filled the orders. Every employee had a smile on their face and was respectful toward one another. Not something you always see in a fast food establishment. Let me also add that this Taco Bell was spotless from top to bottom. The dining area, the restrooms, their cooking area, the kitchen floor! Wow!! And the icing on the cake…no mistakes in our order! I might also add we are traveling through with a group of 350 college students. We probably had about 70 of us at this Taco Bell. The employees worked us through the line quickly, and this was even at 8:30 pm when they had been working their shift for many hours. I can’t say enough great things about this Taco Bell in Springfield, Ohio. THIS IS A MUST STOP when you are passing through!

Drive thru was rude and unprofessional .plus my potatoes weren’t cooled fully . They were in a rush the whole time .i live five minutes by the time I got home my food was cold .One women was wearing a bonnet and they were in a hurry. no greeting or anything I understand it’s cold but he didn’t give the total and slammed the door before I could ask for it .They need to be more like East main they have manners and basic customer service skills.

Everything was great. The staff was that much supportive, kind and helpful to us without pushing to hard - never has been this good in any fast food restaurant.

Seemed to us that the whole group of employees at that evening was a very well working team. Quite rare these days... I just have to reward their work with a 5-star review.

Food was good and fittet our order. Place was clean.
Nothing to complain.

Ordered my food got to window told them im missing things gave them bag they said its all there said im missing my mex pizza said i didn’t order one gave them the receipt so they made it got home had a chicken quesadilla which I ordered had a Chalupa I didn’t order and was missing my three Locos Doritos tacos

It's Taco Bell.....you know what you're getting but the food was made fresh and quickly. I'd heard they were bringing back the meximelt but they didn't have them on the menu. I asked and they said they would make me one even though they don't offer them. Great customer service!
