I came to this location with a large order. When I approach the counter, the guy came up to me and told me I can only use the kiosk. I told the guy I don’t want to touch anybody else’s germs and that every person that had come in before me has been touching the kiosk and I don’t want to touch it. He then proceeded to tell me that he is unable to help me. He had a computer right in front of him. I asked him why he is unable to use it. He told me he cannot help me. I then asked him if he is competent enough to use the computer to take my order. The people in the drive-through are able to place their order without using a kiosk and touching everyone else’s germs. Why are they unable to do this inside. You have now lost over $50 worth of food that I placed at a different location. They were competent enough to take my order and did not try to force me to use a kiosk.

After the bad experience I just had at the Upper Valley Pike taco bell, this is location is absolutely wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful, the food is hot and fresh, and they were fully stocked on all their products. We will definitely be back!

While I usually have no issues with the food and the staff is normally polite, I do not like the fact that, once you pull into the drive-thru, there is no way to get out. You're stuck there. We recently went later at night and the drive-thru line was long. We decided to go in and order as there weren't many cars in the parking lot. I absolutely hate that you have to order at some ridiculous kiosk! This makes me not want to go in at all, and avoid when there is any type of line in the drive-thru.

7 people in the back and it took 15 minutes to make 4 item and the best part is they made a regular taco wrong. Literally everybody in the planet knows what goes on a taco bell taco. The prices are kinda ridiculous too. Deport Taco Bell!🤣
