This Taco Bell used to be decent now this stuff is hardly even edible. I keep going thinking it will be better. no. I drive all the way to a different one because the food is always, I mean every time lately, missing items, missing toppings, wrong toppings, not enough toppings, and the best one lately I paid online and get there no drinks but tea and Diet Pepsi and no mild sauce and no red sauce. No way to refund my money back. Chicken so hard can’t bite it. Quesadillas with no cheese on 2 out of 4 pieces that I paid for extra cheese and the 2 barely had anything on them. Nachos always missing tomatoes or sour cream. Barely any cheese on the nachos so I pay for extra and still hardly any. The other day they forgot the beef on my nachos went back to get a new one they forgot the sour cream. Don’t waste your money here go to Bechtle.

Watched worker be on their cell phone with gloves on and then proceed to touch food. Took 30 mins to get 6 items. Chicken was beyond cooked and hard as a rock. There was no one else in the store nor in the drive thru. Store was not understaffed at all. Avoid this store.

Ive been here many times in the past, but this time was probably my last time. Only after ordering and paying were we informed that they were out of the drinks we paid for. And only had 6 drinks to choose from. They said they were out of the red sauce for the pintos and cheese, asked what sauce we wanted, but didn't bother to put the sauce on the beans or even give us a cup of sauce. Only when we got our food (we were eating in), did they inform us they were out spoons and forks. So how were we supposed to eat said pintos and beans? My friend ordered the chicken dipping burritos and she said it tasted like rotten chicken and immediately threw it away. The staff was kind of rude and on their phones a lot. Worst experience ever.

Terrible wait and customer service ever single time. Waited at the speaker for 11 minutes, no one said a word so we pulled off (we were the 4th vehicle to pull away). When we went past the window, the staff was standing around. One was out the back door smoking when we were waiting at the speaker to order. Drove up to Bechtle and received great service! Won’t waste anymore time here in the future, instead we’ll just take those 5 minutes going over to Bechtle.

I took my daughter and her friends here for lunch. I was the worst experience I've ever had at Taco Bell. They gave us our food and no drinks. Then I couldn't get anyone to wait on me to get out drinks. The food was just slopped together. My daughter's friend had a hair in her food. I will never eat at this location again.

Very impressed with guy working on the line (glasses, tatts up both arms, didn't catch his name) who made my order in what had to be record time. I placed an order online (not the app as I explained to the person drive thru) and went to the counter when the site said it was ready. It was not, they didn't even have it, due to intermittent Internet in drive thru they had just found out about it when I asked.
After explaining that my order was placed online not the app, that I was calm after being told to calm down and verifying that my order was the one with my name on it with the drive thru person, the super fast dude from the line asked what I had. I started to tell him, he found it on his lil screen and it was maybe 5 minutes later than he handed my bag. The drive thru person apologized and advised about their Internet, I said I got spectrum I get it LOL. Dude handed me my bag and apologized, andi ate the cinna twists that I didn't order yet found their way into my bag otw way home ?

This Taco Bells is never open on time, if the owner really knew how much business they are losing for breakfast. maybe the manager would be held accountable. I never go here anymore.

Food was as expected. I did have to wait longer than usual in the drive thru and counted 5 people standing around talking while 1 person was making/filling orders. It may have been an anomaly.

Went for lunch today. They forgot half of the order and when we called to ask them to have it so we can go back and get it for a second time, they were rude about it. All the food seemed rushed and half done. There were like five pieces of steak on my grilled cheese steak burrito that was also over cooked. Maybe they need to train their workers in customer service. I wasn’t asking for extra food just the food I had already paid for.
