Potatoes were old and hard. Quesadila had very little chicken, and the shell was old. It's definitely the worst food I've had at Taco Bell.

Taco Bell needs to do better with the chips and cheese. Charging $2.99 for a very small bag of chips (usually very few nice ones). I just had A LOT of crumbs. My breakfast crunch wrap had no sauce inside (dry) and bacon was added. It was ok of course with bacon but no sauce sure made a difference.

Both orders were wrong. Beefy (?) 5 layer burrito had no beef. Asked for no sour cream. Got sour cream. Way down the road before discovering the errors and couldn't go back. Won't be back.

Dirtbikes and Drones

Two managers on site and these kids working, well i wouldnt call it working but they have their phones in their faces and arguing and the managers dont step in to do what their paid to do. Ive never seen such a waste of money in one place.ONLY TACOBELL AROUND THAT YOU CAN GO TO AND NEVER GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT. ITS A JOB AND ITS YOUR JOB. TAKE PRIDE IN IT AND YOURSELF.

I had placed an online order and request no tomatoes on my order due to a medical issue. After receiving my order which did have tomatoes on it, I did not figure out it had tomatoes until I was halfway through it, and it nearly landed me in the hospital due to this. Also we did not receive half the food we had ordered. We have contacted the store, also reached out to management, never received a phone call back. After a couple weeks of phone tag, finally spoke to a general manager. He was rude. Pretty much refused to help us out in anyway. Said that we could come in with our receipts, and they would do what they could to make it right. Refused to give us a refund, knowing that people order online because they do not want to go into the store, but to fix their mistake they want us to travel to them with no promise of actually making it right. The manager kept trying to hide behind the fact that you can add an allergy to your order however, my issue is not an allergy with tomatoes. It's actually diverticulosis not an allergy at all. I'm not sure why it's so difficult to follow a simple instruction, and why someone can't take accountability for almost landing somebody in the hospital.

The Main Street store has yet to get an order correct. I have ordered from the app and the drive-thru window and there is always something wrong or missing from my order

Parking: If I use the drive-thru I always pull over into the parking lot and check my order because inevitably something is not going to be correct. When you take it back inside to show them what they've done wrong, there are always excuses or eye rolls
