Taylor's Tavern

Delightful spot we found after kayaking; Great menu; everyone at our table of ten was very pleased with their food; waitress kept us supplied with drink replacements; a great bar inside with wonderful outdoor settings. We'll be back to visit this hidden secret again!

over all i definitely recommend this place.

This was the second time we visited. The first time was during Covid...and it was decent, with not many people there.
This day was different. They may have been understaffed. But we were the fourth family who chose to go outside at 1:44 pm. Inside was not busy (a couple at the bar, a small group leaving). It was a nice mother's day. The gal at the bar said we should go on out and she would bring us menus. But several minutes later, the gal from the bar brings out menus to a different table who arrived just after us, took their order, and then to us. She gave us menus and then asked if she could go back inside to get an order out. This went on and on, with late drinks, late appetizer, change in food order due to no more left, and after finally receiving the meal (which was good) we left at 3:35 pm. Our waitress did have some help, especially as other staff arrived. Oh, and another tip, double check that your credit card was returned to you!

The whole place was nice, the food was delicious, the servers were nice, but it took over an hour for them to make the food as they seemed to forget about our order. Once we finished our food, they lost the card we paid with, and luckily we found it on the ground with one of the servers having stood on it. 🫤

Nice, casual bar and grill. Great kitchen, food and stiff drinks. Very accommodating bartenders and staff, digital Internet, connected jukebox, soft, tip, darts, and pool table available for entertainment. Keno gambling system as well for those that gamble.

Handicap accessible entrances and accommodating of all patrons, especially those with disabilities!

Friendly service, great food, great place

We just moved to Enon recently, and we were told to check out Taylor's tavern... I'm so glad we did. The service was great. The food was really good, and the laid-back atmosphere was very nice! Try this place out! The steak was grilled to perfection 👌!!!!

Terrible food, wife had Taylor nachos, salsa was brown and disgusting, nachos should have been topped with chili and jalapeños. Had to ask for jalapeños and as far as chili it had a few red beans on it. Wife couldn't eat it. Hoping now not to get food posioning. I had beer battered fish, I might as well have went to Meijer and bought some Gordon's frozen battered fish. Was thoroughly disappointed, will not go back. Atmosphere was average bar Atmosphere, service was friendly but a little lacking in attentiveness but what you would expect at a bar. Wanted to dine outside but was instantly hit with cigarette smoke as soon as you opened the door to the patio, not appetizing at all.

Taylor’s is literally my second kitchen. Ole reliable. They never let me down. 10/10 recommend

Exactly what you expect but the food is better than you might think. Great cozy atmosphere, feels like a pub. Servers are friendly and attentive. I have never gotten anything here that I did not like.

Delicious food and great atmosphere

My husband and I went there to have dinner for my birthday. Instead of going to a Big Box Restaurant for a steak, I wanted to go to Taylor's Tavern for my birthday since in the past I have always had a great experience. Not so much on January 22nd. I ordered a medium rare porterhouse steak for $43. When delivered it was more on the medium well side. I sent it back. The chef sent another steak out that did not resemble a porterhouse and it was very tough to chew. It looked like the pork chops you buy in a package of 6 and the bottom one looks awful. I refused that steak as well and I was never joined by the chef who cooked it. Instead the manager came to my table and said if I didn't pay for this steak he was going to call the police on me. I paid the bill. The service and the food that we received was very unprofessional and distasteful of any restaurant we have had the pleasure to visit. I do not recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a good steak dinner. And the customer service is only there for themselves not for the customer. 1 out of 10, I rate them at a 4.
