We checked in using the app and didn't have a long wait considering how busy they were.
The problems started with our seating. When we checked in using the app I checked that we needed a high chair and while we were being seated the hostess told me that we could not have one unless it was attached to the table inside the booth. There was not enough room in the booth for that option and when I said that she just walked away.
We would have been happy to wait for a table that met our needs.
Our server was lovely and pleasant.
When our appetizers made it to our table the fried pickles were perfect but the onion was completely cold.
When our dinners made it to the table they came out missing half of the sides and that was corrected quickly.
We had two steaks, two chicken dishes and one salmon.
The steaks were cooked correctly and thoroughly enjoyed.
The fish was over cooked and dry.
One chicken dish was correct and the other was cold ,dried out and, mostly inedible.
It was a disappointing birthday experience.
We have never had more than minor issues that are expected from time to time before this. After tonight's visit I'm not sure if my family will return.
Kid-friendliness: We were refused a high chair and would have waited for an appropriate table.

The door greater was very rude. He was definitely a new employee, had not seen him here before, been to this restaurant at least 100 times in the past, and never had this problem.

Never had a bad experience, nice staff, always a good meal (everything that should be hot is and everything that should be cold is as well). May sound odd in a review, but they delivery a standard too few can match at any price point.
Kid-friendliness: Great place for kids, I don't have little ones anymore, but I have never seen any kids not enjoying themselves plus the staff love enter ingearing with them.

I would give 5 stars, but for a restaurant to be out of "to go" containers is ridiculous. With the cost of food, leaving full plates behind was not an option. We had to ask for paper bags with wax paper to take our leftovers home.

Was very pleased with our service, but my only concern is I'm on a special diet so I have to eat a certain about of protein like 6oz so I ordered an 6oz steak to make up for cooking when I weighed it it was only 3.9 oz something is wrong with that picture.
