Food here never disappoints. Servings are generous and there is a wide menu to choose from. Well known in the area for pizza. Restaurant is small and packed during the evening. Expect a wait on weekends. Our only complaint this visit was the dining room was quite cold and drafty... we ate with coats on! Service is always good and servers knowledgeable about the menu. Definitely worth a try!

The unsung hero ive never heard aboht when eating here are the subs. Recently got the spicy hot sub... fantastic. Protip: add meatballs.

Great place we great steaks / ribs / laid back great family restaurant and or date night or just a single person going alone they have a bar too really nice place for two nights e dinners paid around $70 plus tip not bad Ty Hickory Inn God Bless you v all !

I went with a party of 10 on a weeknight and we called ahead but they said they didn't take reservations. There was one waitress, a hostess and a runner. They were overwhelmed (but really doing their best) because there were at least 50-30 people eating. I want to return because the food was delicious and then I'll update my review to see if the service is usually that slow or not.

I stopped here on my way through Springfield, and I never would've guessed that it is one of the best steak houses in the country. This is a cozy little spot with a rustic interior and a fireplace. A warm, relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. From the hostess, to the bartender, chef, and waitress, I was treated like royalty. It's always the quiet, unassuming places that surprise you; no flash, or pomp & circumstance, just a great family-oriented spot. And Stacey, my waitress, was the BOMB! She helped me decide on the perfect steak for me. I had the center cut Sirloin, so tender and cooked to perfection, mashed potatoes & gravy, salad, French onion soup, and a glass of Merlot. And for dessert, coffee & cheesecake. OUTSTANDING! And they must have pretty good pizza here too, because while I ate, I stopped counting the to-go orders flying out the door. I will definitely stop here again!

So like always we are out trying so e were new and always have to get a favorite so we got ribs and steak. The food was amazing we ate half of it before we even remembered to take the picture, the service was wonderful she was so nice and sweet. The only thing I can say was the what looked to be the regulars at the bar was very loud and saying things I would not want my kids to hear. But over all great place we definitely will be back. And the food was very reasonably priced.

The Hickory Inn was so good, we went back two nights in a row. I know it sounds strange, but the blue cheese dressing was the absolute best I've ever had. The food, drinks, and staff were amazing! Highly recommend for a great local place to eat and drink.
