Family owned log cabin restaurant with a full bar the interior is a treat to dine in as it has the logs visible inside. Lunches are amazing in taste and price view the menu. Steaks are top notch, if you want cheese and egg on your salad just ask they are very accommodating. Good place for a date, lots of couples in there. Heard the Pizza is the best in town, have not had it yet. But as they come in for Pizza carryout constantly as I sit for lunch, I suspect it is very good. I definitely recommend š

Best deluxe pizza in town and as far as price only $27 and you do not need extra cheese. They are very generous with their toppings and I love pizza with extra cheese!!! Now there is a pizza that I get a hankering for every now and that is Cassanos! My husband doesnāt care for it, but I do and when I get that craving, I have to have it small deluxe extra cheese. Doesnāt happen very often, but as I said so far, forget the chain pizzas,you greatest pizza in the world that I know of the place to go is The Hickory? Great services and The servers are great. Theyāre fun they interact and they treat you like a friendā¦ Order the nachos they are to die for!
Seriously! When you order something that is cool to order and it actually comes how you ask. Itās the most satisfying feeling when dining out. Burgers are also on point!

Oh manā¦ what a disappointment this was. I grew up in Springfield and this restaurant was my fatherās favorite growing up. I havenāt been in there in at least 15 years. The place was dated and dreadful when I was a kid, no shocker, it still is! Firstly we were sat and menus were just tossed on the table by a women with an attitude problem, said nothing, bolted off. Okayyyyy. I noticed the menu (though very diverse) was way too extensive, but whatever. I selected the meat ravioli, and my boyfriend got the full rack of ribs. The ribs were rubbery, stringy, and barely warmed upā¦ the sweet sauce had a weird after taste. They just tasted old. My neat ravioli was cheeseā¦ I brought the waitress over to show her, but the next one I cut into was meat š making me look crazy. I was like ok okay, maybe just one made it in there. NO, though the meal I kept unexpectedly biting into cheese ones mixed with my meat ones. š© the waitress said there must have been a mishap in the kitchen. The āTexas toastā was sliced bread, burnt, AND wet somehow. At the same time. My husbands fries tasted like old grease. š¤¢ the apple sauce side he got was served too him in a dip cup. š
The manager/ ownerā¦ idk who it was because of course she didnāt introduce herself, came over, seemed skeptical of my complaints. (Mind you, I only stated like 2 things out of my list as to not come off shitty) she said ālet me take some of that off for you. Then we still got a bill for $40. Justā¦ eww. Bad customer service, bad management, bad food, awful atmosphere. (We unscrewed the light above us because we were holding out hands over our faces to see each other as if the sun was in our eyes š« š« ) it was a 100w bulb. Why? lol anyway. Get pizza, to go. Is my advice.
