I waited right at the counter, the only person in line, for more than five minutes with no on even acknowledging me. Plenty of workers were around. I finally asked if I could order and was told I could after they caught up. Overall a rude, disordered atmosphere showing a complete lack of care about anything. I left without buying anything.

Went inside. Restaurant was clean. I was the only customer inside. 2 employees looked at me. After about 10 seconds, one said, "Someone will be with you shortly". After a couple mins another employee, on their phone came up to the counter and started switching out donuts on the display, completely ignoring me. After another 2 minutes, they returned the display to its original position and then took my order. Realizng that no one else was going to prepare the order, they finally, painstakingly prepared my order.

I stopped at Tim Hortons for a turkey bacon club. I was told they were out of bacon. I asked if they could make some kind of adjustment to my bill. Their response was, "order a different sandwich, or go to a different Tim Hortons." Horrible customer service!

The young man who made my order fresh and ran it out to my car and referred to himself as uncle john was very bubbly and pleasant, i was expecting to see an annoyed working for having to make items fresh that they ran out of but was the complete opposite and we both were left laughing. Great customer service!

Really rude front counter worker today. Didn't have a single thing I ordered but was upset I needed a refund.

Decent place, but needs work. We east here regularly because we like the apple fritters. But the staff here is a little slow and not very enthusiastic about working here. This makes for just an average experience. Service is usually fast, but even when they're not busy at all, there is usually something messed up with our order (cheese when we didn't ask for it, bacon instead of sausage, missing hashbrown, etc.) Overall we'll keep going here simply because it's convenient AND - the apple fritters!

I have never actually had anything negative to say about this specific Tim Hortons. The other stores may not have met my expectations, but this one is certainly built a bit differently.

This Tim Hortons is never good. The employees are completely oblivious. If you see something you want on the board, they have no idea what you’re talking about. Been stopping her periodically for years and I’ve threatened to stop and I think today is the day.
