Best Tim hortons the older gentleman and older women always friendly and the cappuccino is always hot n fresh and the always give me a sleeve there is this black guy n there younger lady holdy her baby in the black guy I didn't catch his name he dnt have no manners doesn't say have a nice day I quit going to the other tim Hortons this was the last one I might have to stop going to tim Hortons all together and I'm a regular

Cappuccino machine down, again. The lady working the drive thru is rude and always has an attitude. Super long waits, probably because half their employees are always in the parking lot. This used to be a great location. Since reopening…it sucks.

I was just here the staff was not present in the building and I actually had to go outside and get them and ask them to come inside so that I could buy food. This made them really mad and they yelled at me and told me that they weren't rude while they were yelling at me and I chose not to eat there today

I didn’t get her name and I wish I did! I just went to Tim Hortons at 5 and she made me the best coffee for one and for two was SO sweet. Her kindness will take her places in life?

This is for Firehouse Subs, the new tenant of the eastern part of the Tim Hortons building. I do not like the idea of adding a tip to a meal I have to order from a kiosk. They try to add it on to the the bill electronically. They have a drive though, but its not for ordering!! It for Door Dash and phone in orders only.

The employees are always nice/friendly and the orders are usually accurate. When I came through today though, the coffee didn't have any chocolate in it and had a lot more cream than usual. I would've questioned the coffee, but I was in a hurry and just trusted that the chocolate was in the bottom of the cup or something. Too much cream for me to drink this one, which is a bummer, but I love the coffee when it's made correctly.

This place has became a joke and they lie so much!!!!! Every time I go here there is a problem. The owner of Tim Hortons gave me two coupons for a free any size beverage. I used one about a month ago. I ordered one large coffee with two cream and 10 Tim bits. Today I go to use the other coupon (which is my second attempt to use it) and the lady didn’t know how to ring it up. Then she told me it’s because you can only use it on a small or medium. When I explain to her, the coupon said any size, she told me to pull around. Then the MANAGER handed me a medium size coffee. When I said oh, so I’m only gonna get a medium. The MANAGER LIED and told me that was a large. Then showed me a small and said that was a medium!!! They like to lie at this location. The last time I went to this location I ordered a bagel belt sandwich and a free large coffee. I was told it would be cheaper if I ordered the meal, which made no sense to me when I was only paying for a sandwich. But I told them that was fine and if I was going to get the meal, I would like to drink in the hash brown with it. My total was $11. How is paying $11 cheaper than just getting the sandwich? I left without anything. That’s why I still had the coupon that I used today. I won’t be going back. There is a new coffee place coming to Springfield and I cannot wait for them to get here. Hopefully they have better service and workers that don’t lie.

I love the drive-thru worker in the mornings bc she SINGS your total, and idk but just has always made me smile and brighten my mornings, especially if you're having a bad morning.

Normally this is my favorite location. Today I was in line for over 20 minutes because they made my sandwich incorrectly 3 times. Handed me the wrong size drinks. I literally just ordered the turkey croissant without lettuce/tomato. Super simple. They handed it back the same way twice, it was rang in correctly. The third time they had flipped most of the lettuce&tomato off. Lazy. The older lady making it was snide and rude about it. I tried to hand her the sandwich back and wanted a refund, another 5 minutes and she didn’t fully refund it. Morning staff is great… that lady was a mess. Pretty sure she is on drugs.

People there were treating us as if we were invisible. Not only did they not service us because of the line outside, but they were rude. Rude behavior and bad language amongst each other. At this one, poor customer service and stale donuts. I wouldn't go back. Unprofessional.

I ordered two combo breakfast meals. The hash browns were rock hard it might be the reason they gave me four instead of two.... They tasted like they've been sitting there for a week... I tried to eat my breakfast sandwich and it was full of egg shells... So obviously a total waste of my money... What a rip off...
