Tim Hortons has the best coffee of any place I know of, including Starbucks or Boston Stoker. The problem is that they don’t always have good workers. They can’t always answer simple questions about their food or coffee. They also have trouble keeping good workers. I have been there on at least two occasions in the middle of the day when the place was closed up. It’s too bad, because their coffee is excellent.

Lights are on but no one is home. Yesterday lights were on and employee inside. No answer of the drive through and does were locked. Today the inside lights weren't even on but the drive through kiosk is still operational and greets you. If your not open, it would be curious to you regular customers to at least hang a sign letting them know.

When i tell you this place without fail sucks every single time i’m not lying. i ordered two breakfast sandwiches i wanted sausage and i got bacon instead on top of that the biscuit was hard as a brick and the eggs look so funky and smell funky idk how this place stays open it’s genuinely impressive how awful this place is this is not my first experience here all i want is some breakfast in the afternoon and i can’t even enjoy that anymore i refuse to eat here again absolutely disgusting and the manger there is just as a dumb as the workers are it’s sad when you can’t even get help for your messed up order because the manger is as incompetent. please for the love of God work on this place it’s not hard to give sausage when the person wants sausage.

Went through got 2 french vanilla iced latte, the lady ends up handing me A. Regular iced coffee. I told her that's not what I asked for she made me pay an extra $2 because of her mess up and then on top of that, my one has whipped cream on it. The lady comes out and tells me that they are currently out of whipped cream because it's frozen. I didn't say anything but definitely lied straight to my face. Because the first one that I ordered had it on there and now it's frozen, had an attitude the whole entire time because she had to remake a drink. I even paid the extra $2. Even though she just didn't listen Terrible service won't be coming back to this location

Usually I love Tim Hortons, I always get a large iced coffee with oat milk. First time going to this particular TH. I literally got iced oat milk. It was awful.

Last 3 times there they were out of everything bagels. Ordered plain bagels with EXTRA CREAM CHEESE and we got stale bagels with very little cream cheese. It was awful. Everything about it has be awful the last few times. Don’t go to this Tim Hortons! You will also be disappointed!

I faithfully order iced coffee every week on my 2 office days in Springfield. I went through the drive thru on Main St. As my other regular location was closed due to construction and placed my order. When I got to the window to pay I asked if I could add another large coffee. The cashier was very rude to me and stated that I could not add anything onto my order because they had a line. There was 2 people behind me so it wasn't that long of a line. I also only ordered another coffee, not food that would've taken longer to prepare. She literally made me go back through the drive thru to order my 2nd coffee that would've taken her maybe 30 seconds to add to my first order. I was completely shocked that I was treated this way. Especially since I am such a loyal customer. I will never visit this location again because of how I was treated. They should have some sort of consequence for the poor customer service. PATHETIC!!
