We went to Tim Hortons to grab breakfast before taking a day trip. Ordered a sausage and cheese muffin, a sausage and cheese biscuit, and a caramel latte drink. The muffin was not toasted, it was cold and dry with no flavor in the sandwich. The biscuit was as thin as the muffin and extremely dry to where all it did was crumble apart. Was NOT happy with paying $14 and couldn't even eat the sandwich and the woman didn't even put the receipt in the bag. Will not be going back.

Seriously, the worst Tim Hortons in town they might as well shut down, Went again today this is definitely my last time giving them a chance, They finally have better customer service at the window, but they can’t ever get the order right let alone actually toast/cook the food.

This was my first Tim Hortons experience. The employees were nice. I asked for a caramel latte made with almond milk and hazelnut, but they gave me a black coffee. The English muffin was very dry and it almost made it hard to swallow, so I took a bit of the hash brown and it was also very dry and a little cold. I tried to wash it down with the black coffee, but I couldn’t because the coffee was so hot lol 😂 which that’s a good thing the coffee was hot, but not favorable when your choking down the dry food! Their donuts *chefs kiss 10/10🔥Everything else🗑️🚮.

Second time I’ve went there with rude awful customer service . There response “um your gonna be waiting awhile. Ask about how long responded awhile in a snotty tone the entire conversation. So sick of all these food industry’s having poor customer service skill.
