As I entered the cozy establishment, I was drawn to a two-top near the door--a perfect spot for a solo meal However, a bald gentleman informed me that it was reserved for employees. Despite the ambiance I wouldn't recommend this place for their social skills. Some people are unable to be kind and think about their customers.

Literally the only place I've ever found that serves almost everything with a gluten free option, including BAGELS. It's such a game changer for me. I haven't had a bagel in years and it makes me so happy I could cry ?

One of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve had at a cafe. Evidently the owner discriminates against disabled people and is very abrasive as a rule not an exception. I’m a USAF disabled veteran and current registered nurse and often go to coffee shops to document visits with my terminally ill clients.Upon entering cafe I noticed tables in the back that were empty. After sitting for 3 minutes the owner Duke confronted me and said I was sitting at a reserved table. I apologized and moved to another small 2 person table that was empty. After about 5 minutes Duke approached me and said I needed to order something or had to leave. I stated I was using my own Wi-Fi, not going to use his bathroom and didn’t even have an outside drink.Duke continued to defend his policy that only paying guests may be in his “public” space. I would’ve gotten something after I finished the work I needed to do but the unwelcoming demeanor really left me feeling pretty disgusted about the whole place and atmosphere.Very abrasive and confrontational. Please be more welcoming to the public in the future Duke. Your attitude from the first interaction is no way to conduct business sir. I hope and pray when you need care you aren’t treated as rudely as you have treated so many less fortunate than you. Really shameful behavior!Edit: His response expresses “sorry for his policy” but in my professional assessment, this owner lacks any empathy or sorrow for any discomfort or poor service he is responsible for. Disgusting really.Again please just do better, don’t give apology likes that lacks genuine concern. Lastly don’t treat the public like they aren’t welcome in your public space. I should boycott and protest your establishment until it’s shut down but I have more important work to do.

The owner of this place mistreated people that have disabilities. I will never return to this facility for anything. The young ladies that were working were friendly, as far as the owner I can't wait till his judgement day by God and he better pray God forgives him for his behavior that day. Pretty sad he was so very heartless to individuals with disabilities. I can go on but I won't.

My daughter works with physical & mentally challenged adults. They walked in (yes there were alot ...like 16 of them). They were immediately given a rude response to how many their were. Man was rude making comments whole time they were their. These are human beings & were paying customers. Shame on you for your disrespect.

a group from our agency to the Heritage Center, before leaving we decided to stop in and get coffee or a snack from Un Mundo Cafe, there was a total of 16 of us, every staff member was approached by the gentleman that was in charge of this establishment and told we were taking up too much of his space and we needed to make a reservation. We were paying customers just like everyone else that comes there. Why do we have to make a reservation??? Cause we're slightly different, we're not your everyday business person, we had money and was paying for the items we wanted. To be disrespectful to a group of people with disabilities is very uncalled for !! I hope when the good Lord sees you at the golden gate he doesn't judge you the way you judged us today.

I know of several customers who were treated very disrespectfully by the staff. I someone happens to bring outside food in, they are told that no outside food is allowed. That's fine, and Un Mundo's right. However, they should have it posted on the outside door or window. Also, if they want groups of over 10 or whatever number to make reservations, that should also be posted outside. Don't repeatedly tell them that they should have made a reservation after it's been said.

A wonderful and wonder-inspiring place to sit down and enjoy a meal. My wife and I spent our lunch scanning and discussing a 10 ft. tall chalk board menu—how many visits would it take us to eat our way through it all? Italian panini sandwich (a large order was two paninini sandwiches) and a tall generous green protein smoothie for me; vegetarian wrap and the best machiato of her life (she reported to me with no hesitation at all). Superb. The owners were friendly and happily engaged in pleasant chit chat. They are curious about us customers, which is a switch-up from customers asking about the business. We live 30 minutes away in Tipp City, but that distance will not keep us from making the trip just to eat there.

Always awkward to order anything, the staff is rude and always mess up on my order. They rush you and judge what you order.

In the area and hungry so we stopped for lunch. It's really good! I had the Turkey panini. a turkey, tomatoe, Swiss, banana pepper sandwich of deliciousness. Loved it. I had Cole slaw with it, slightly sweet lightly flavored sauce. It was nice! We also tried the hummus with sliced cucumber and that was very good as well! As Arnold said, 'I'll be back!'

Located in a beautiful building in the heart of Springfield is Un Mundo Cafe. They proudly serve food with ingredients from local vendors and suppliers which is great! Lots of vegetarian options on the menu as well as vegan! Food is great! Fresh, clean, great flavors. This is an awesome little lunch spot. I'm a bigger guy, and the sandwiches are on the smaller side, so next time I'll order two for sure cuz they are delicious!! It's also fast, if you're in a hurry and need a quick lunch, you can get in and out in 15-20 minutes.
