I order 2 biggie bags and a small chili with extra crackers and hot sauce. The chili was missing, so I called Wendy's and told the manager about the missing items. The manager, TJ, or DJ said she could mail a coupon, or I could come up and get the chili. I decided to pick up the chili. I was met with a sarcastic white male with long blond hair who gave me the chili. This employee made me feel like me coming up to Wendy's for a chili was insane. I don't even trust that employee to eat the chili for fear of that employee doing something with the food. This was sad. All I wanted was to go home, feed my kids, and hurry back to the hospital to be with my wife. I will never again spend my money at Wendy's.

With six kids, it's difficult to go to fast food restaurants. We celebrated our daughters 8th birthday tonight and our daughter wanted to eat inside. This is the second time we've celebrated a birthday in this location. Both times the service was excellent, the staff was kind. Thank you for helping us have a great night!
