Sure would be nice if the workers would stop socializing on the job and pay attention to their customers. Every time we visit we have to wait for service because the staff is socializing with friends at the counter. Today we went though the drive through and they couldn't tear themselves away from their socializing long enough to get our order right. I see why Fast Food Corporations are trying to automate their businesses as much as possible these days. Hire some people who come to work TO WORK and not play around all shift.

This place sucks. Literally two days in a row the employees forgot something. First day it was a fork for my salad and gave me a knife instead. Second day it was no spoon for a frosty. I mean how incompetent do you have to be to forget these things.

So not only did I order a Baconator and not get the BACON. I handed $4 to take off of the bill just for spare change and that didn't happen. Took it like it was a tip. Wendys service has been going downhill over all for years now. But Im done. Id rather make food at home.

Like dude it shouldn't be that hard to take an order and get it right. They had messed up everyone's order again! I've given them 3 tries and whoever makes the food and checks it SUCKS ! NOT WORTH SPENDING MONEY AT ALL!

Ignored dine-in people for over 30 minutes for the drive-thru and for Uber eats (realized I should have called it in to Uber eats or GrubHub and had to deliver to one of the tables I probably wouldn't have been ignored and actually got food)

Baconator was perfectly prepared (crispy bacon, juicy burgers, not a lot of grease) fries were hot and not heavy in salt. Excellent service at drive-thru by a friendly young lady!
