New managers have ruined this place. Been coming to this Wendy’s 25 years. Last few months have been awful. Lazy management, employees hanging out goofing off not working. It’s not fast food when it takes 30 minutes. Fix this Wendy’s

Paid $5 plus for this. Very little bacon. For $1.50. Ordered a Bacon and cheese baked potato no liquid chz add shredded chz. Had to go in 3 times first time to get salt and pepper second time to get Bacon on my Bacon and cheese potato they didn't put in my potato. Third time to get more bacon because I literally has 4 really small pieces on potato. The first lady was nice and sweet I believe she was a manager the last lady the cashier was also nice and sweet. Thank you ladies for getting me together

Sure would be nice if the workers would stop socializing on the job and pay attention to their customers. Every time we visit we have to wait for service because the staff is socializing with friends at the counter. Today we went though the drive through and they couldn't tear themselves away from their socializing long enough to get our order right. I see why Fast Food Corporations are trying to automate their businesses as much as possible these days. Hire some people who come to work TO WORK and not play around all shift.
