Staff was friendly through drive through. Food was good. Only complaint was when i was inside few weeks ago waiiting on my change the management was too busy outside on phone smoking an had to wait 15 mins until she came in an go to safe. The workers were great but she was terrible at getting in when they couldn't give the change. She knew an still stayed outside smoking an on phone. Becthle ave. Day shift

Inadvertently placed the wrong order. Ordered fish instead of burgers. The manager took the fish back and made burgers even though it was MY mistake. Great customer service.

Can never go wrong with White Castle! Friendly service and quick. Personally, not a fan of the 1921 burgers compared to the traditional sliders.

Several good menu options and specials were available. I tried the chicken rings and the fish bites. They were both very good. My friends both had the 1921 sliders and liked them very much. They had great fries as well. Service was quick and friendly.

I had a small issue with an order. Went in and had my entire order replaced and a free drink. All the employees were friendly and chatty while I was waiting for my order and the manager was very polite and went above and beyond to fix my problem.

The young lady working the drive-thru took our custom order and put it together figured up the new price and didn't complain one bit that was about the best customer service I've seen in a good while. Great positive attitude thank you
Other than an inordinately long wait inside, the food was great, the staff was efficient (especially for drive thru) and courteous and the prices weren't headed over the top as is in most places these daze

Food wasnxt bad, onion petal were a bit burnt, but restaurant felt dirty. Floor was sticky, and not just in places, felt likethey just left mop water to dry on it.

Fast and friendly, food is lacking tho. Too much onion on the sliders. Almost seemed as if we got extra onion to replace the pickles we requested to be withheld from the sliders
