I had only ever heard of this place. I've lived in Springfield for 5 years. First time I went in I was mind blown at how amazing it was. I will definitely be going back and the service was amazing

Recently went to winans and couple things I can say.
1. The wait time was absolutely horrible, went inside and waited almost 5 minutes before someone came to help, it was not busy at all.
2. The female with glasses did not catch her name who I was talking too was disrespectful and not more so towards me but her attitude was awful and you can tell she did not want to be there.
3. My drink was asked to be made extra hot and when I went to drink it, it was lukewarm. Plus the prices are outrageous.
Overall my experience was not pleasant and I will not be going back until prices or attitudes are changed!

Winans is by far the best coffee shop in town. The staff is hands-down, the best especially Haley , She is friendly always has a smile on her face easy to talk to and makes my drink to perfection every single time.

We used to stop here every day on on our way to work as we live just 1 minute down the road. However, over the last few months, the baristas inside have not been very pleasant. The drive-thru line has been taking sometimes 20 minutes to get through a single car in front of us, and since you are trapped in the line once you are there, it really sucks if you are in a hurry! The prices just keep going up and the drinks keep getting less and less coffee. With 7-Brew open now and their drinks being twice the size and about $.40 less, we will be stopping there now. When you do get the coffee here though, it is good!

I have been around a long time and I have been a coffee person for over 45 years and can say that there chocolate items are still over priced but there pastries are priced right and very good. Oh yeah the coofee is very good as well.
