We used to stop here every day on on our way to work as we live just 1 minute down the road. However, over the last few months, the baristas inside have not been very pleasant. The drive-thru line has been taking sometimes 20 minutes to get through a single car in front of us, and since you are trapped in the line once you are there, it really sucks if you are in a hurry! The prices just keep going up and the drinks keep getting less and less coffee. With 7-Brew open now and their drinks being twice the size and about $.40 less, we will be stopping there now. When you do get the coffee here though, it is good!

So welcoming, smiling, lots of good vibes 😎
We came here accidentally as we were looking for another location, and we’re so happy we ended up here.
We’re certain, one day, these two will run this place.

I was really looking forward to trying Winans, but unfortunately, my experience was frustrating and disappointing. The customer service wasn’t outright rude, but it was confusing and unhelpful. We ordered 2 pounds of chocolates, but when we got home and weighed it ourselves, it wasn’t even a full pound.
The biggest issue? We were charged $20 — even though the pricing was supposed to be around $7 per pound. After some thought, we realized the employee hadn’t zeroed out the scale before weighing our chocolates, which means we were essentially charged for the container weight as well.
Whether it was a mistake or carelessness, it ended up costing us almost triple what it should have. For a place that prides itself on quality, I expected much better accuracy and transparency.
Sadly, I won’t be returning — and I’d recommend checking your receipt and what you’re actually getting before you walk out the door.

Started with a pound of assorted chocolate. Lady that helped me rang me up. $7.45.
Told her I want to add 2 more pounds in separate bags. She proceeds to throw extra chocolates into the same initial bag. By the end of the confusion, she took half the chocolates out and told me it was nearly 2 pounds. Charges me $20.
I get home, knowing the bag was light because she didn’t tear out the bag she was weighing it in prior to weighing the chocolate.
Weighed it on my own scale. 388 grams.
So, at first I was getting charged for 1 pound at $7.45, then end up paying over $20 for less than a pound. The lady that helped us was so confused throughout the entire process that it made me want to walk out.
I’ve been to this place a few times, never had an issue with anything. I don’t know the name of the lady that helped us, but she had just told a co-worker about how she got yelled at by a customer today, to which the replied “what are you doing to get yelled at all the time?”
I have a pretty good suspicion her customer service skills are why her customers have issues with her.
She was very nice to my wife and I throughout the whole process, but the amount of confusion she caused during a very simple task of weighing out assorted chocolates was insane.
I would not recommend this place if you want to get through your day without frustration.

I miss when Steph was a manager at the downtown location. Limestone is terrible compared to downtown. I have no idea why someone would close a perfect place for studying and meetings, compared to the chaotic, loud, and trashy limestone location. Big big, big mistake. People do not just want convenience they want comfort. Limestone does not offer that, but downtown always did. Also, holiday in the city is going to be terrible now. Thanks a lot.

It's one thing not to tip delivery services on your personal time, but having no tippers working at your establishment is trashy. Imagine customers ordering food then not paying because they don't feel like they have to pay for it.
