An okay, quick choice for lunch. The quality has gone down since 2020. Recently, I ordered delivery due to having a lunch meeting. The driver came to the wrong location and then refused to meet me at the right one. My food ended up being cold and 30 mins late because of this. I tried to report it and ended up waiting on hold to no answer. I would strongly recommend ordering carry out at non-peak times, if possible.

There’s no structure or organization here. You just show up around the time they say your order is ready and then you hope it’s correct.
Food is descent but employees do not care, they are very rude and unprofessional. The owner should fix this, but hasnt done anything about it. They need better training, the customer service is terrible. Employees walking in and out smoking weed, blasting music that is should not be heard by customers. They are unbelievably rude judging by these reviews it seems to have already cost a lot of customers to quit coming to this location and they will continue losing service at this location if the employees are allowed to keep acting this way.

Do not get a drink out of their fountain machines has black particles all in the soda or ice one I don't know didn't even get the wings we ordered & we ordered them there.... Called in with no answer ?

Always good customer service and they always have me right out the door when I order to go. Great food. Try the ranch.
The chicken was mediocre but the customer service was terrible. The man who answered the phone and gave me my food was very rude and had a bad attitude. He never said thank you when handing my food but rolled his eyes. I will NOT be back to Wingstop.

Ordered online and picked up at the main street location. Was told that everything was in the bag. Normally, I go through and check everything, but it was a larger order. I get home and the order was incomplete. I called back and the manager told me she can't give me a refund since it was an online order.
I understand things happen, but it's a how a business responds to these issues that makes me want to go back or not.

Ordered food off there app to be delivered sent me the wrong order and was not willing to fix it until I came in and got it a 2nd time wrong well never come here again everyone there is verry rude and there was no manger on duty and if a manger sees this I have pics of my wrong order

Order food from the website to have it delivered to our house. Everything was wrong with it. So we called them and tolded them we ordered off the website and they said to call doordash becausewe were gettingit delivered through them. So we did they did a reorder for us. Waited an hour then it got canceled. My husband called them again and ask why was our order canceled. The girl on the phone said if you don't pay or if we don't have items we can't make it. Remind you that we called earlier and told them that we order off the website. She could have tolded us that they don't have an item for our order. But she wanted to be rude and tell us to bring the food back and they would remake it for us. Mind you it had been 2 hours and my 4 year old was hungry. She didn't apologize and we were confused because we have always been told that they are not to take food back once it has been transferred to another hand. But all in all. Food was incorrect, rude people, and had to wait 2hurs for our food. That we did not receive.

Made to leave and continue waiting outside for food for almost an hour. Offer to make bad service up was order of fries. Haven't been back for several years. Haven't had anything good to say about establishment since then either.

I have always loved ordering from our local Wingstop because the food is hot and delicious! Although, the past two times I've ordered, the food was subpar at best.
When I ordered on 07/24/24 my chicken was undercooked, greasy, essentially sauceless, and inedible. I ended up having to order dinner again from a different place. It was that bad. Even after I tried to save it by dressing it up with what I had in the fridge.
Then, I ordered again on 08/02/24 thinking the last time was a fluke. When the wings arrived I could see that they were actually cooked which was great, but everything beyond that was horrible. The grease at the bottom of the containers outweighed the sauce by far. No care was taken to make sure the wings were fully sauced. The result was messy, greasy, and pretty gross.
I cooked wings for over 7 years (2 of which I managed a wing place), I and know exactly what is going wrong. Whoever is cooking these is not fully draining them and then placing them directly into the togo containers from the fry basket instead of using a transfer bowl. This is causing the grease pools in the bottom of the container. Then they are drizzling sauce over top of them while inside of the container rather than tossing them which accounts for the lack of sauce coverage.
When the wings are not drained properly and left to hang in the basket for a few seconds it makes it impossible for them to properly soak in the sauce. On top of that, if the wings are not actually tossed in the sauce, it won't ever stick to it properly anyway.
This is obviously a product of laziness or being understaffed. Changes need to be made in order for me to ever want to spend my money there again. I would rather wait an extra 30 mins for my food than have it arrive in such a state. I used to always tell my kitchen not to sell anything they wouldn't be happy to receive. If your kitchen staff can 1000% say they would eat the trash they are sending out into the world, they need to get new standards.
