We have traveled far to dine after a long business day. There is a young lady who supposed to meet the guest and seat them at their tables. She is very rude and unprofessional. There is a handicap old lady tried to wait to be seated w us but she had to use a restroom first. She was barely walking. We waited for the front door worker a long time to be seated. We decided just seat at the available table. We were about to enjoy our meal and the rude lady showed up and started lecturing us… The handicap friend and our team were asked to come to the front and wait for her to be seated. There were no line neither any customer. She was scolding us as we were bad students because we seated ourselves after using a restroom. We asked for a manager but everyone told us that there is no manager. This restaurant doesn’t have any manager. Hibachi was very delicious and guys gave us best services. Restrooms were filthy. Food was not fresh….

This place could be a 5 🌟 the decor is very nice,it could be cleaner especially bathrooms!The food is pretty good, occasional things needs changed/refined more promptly.
Ridiculous they expect a 12-20% tip! Ill leave $3 for taking our plates, giving us drinks and bringing us a bill! I think they should just do self services drinks and garbage area to empty plates in leave them,they got the room.
I give the place a solid 3.7 🌟 the way it is now. Hope it improves! If they tighten that stuff up, I would be there once to twice a week!

All food wasn't even warm. Even had bug powder all over the floor thru out. Only food that was decent was up at the grill Never return back here. 18.00 not worth it at all.

We went for a lunch buffet, most of food trays are empty, they have steamed fish but I never seen fish been refill for entire stay, horrible, service are horrible too ! Don’t be cheap to use over night meat for next day meal, your general tso chicken was over night and hard as hell, no one goons eat them , they gonna stay there for another day 🤧green bean or string bean whatever it need to be cooked 100% or you will get poisoned. Remember!

This is a discriminating establishment once they get your money they rush you out stand over your shoulders and keep talking about people. Luckily my husband was fluent in the language and heard it all they jokes the rude remarks makes this one of the worst experiences to come by. I must say save your money ! Horrible rude server too!
