Great food and great service. Just wish they had some background music so I couldn’t hear people’s conversations a couple tables down. But great place

Food is very good, service is exceptional

This place used to be decent, and I enjoyed coming here, but they've really fell apart recently! They were playing club music when I last visited... Weird choice but whatever.
There were only a few customers there, but the server took a long time to come to my table, and a very long time to bring the food out, considering how simple it is to make. When they finally brought it, my order was wrong. The homefries I usually order were burnt! They've also bumped up the prices. It's impressive really. I will be avoiding this place like the plague until I hear better things.

Waitress was friendly. Service was quick, and the food was very good and plentiful.

A wonderful hidden gem that I was glad to find this morning. Open from 8 AM to 2 PM, this restaurant offers home cooked meals with friendly service. I hope to visit again sometime.

Mediocre food. My wife's potatoes were like burnt rocks and inedible. Very boring, unappetizing food.

This place wasn't what we expected. We had a group of 10 so we called ahead as a courtesy. When we arrived (on time) they had not even prepared our table. They acted as if we were catching them off guard.
When we were given menus we were very surprised that they did not match the menus photos that you see when you pull the restaurant up Google. Yes, the dates aren't recent, but if the menu has changed, photos should be updated. The menu items were the reason we came so needless to say we were very disappointed.
The food was mediocre at best. Most of the meals arrived cold. (Cold eggs = not delicious)
The staff was nice (I think we are offered coffee refills 50 times during our meal) but the actual overall experience left much to be desired. I'm attaching photos of the current menu to help you out.
We are from our of town so it's sad that the final meal we had in Ohio was a let down

I have Celiac and they were so knowledgeable and so nice. They told me that one of the owners has it. I had the gluten free French toast (they had separate containers of mix!) and it tasted just like home. Will be back anytime I am in town!

Always a good meal when we go in. They always have their place decorated for the season. It's clean and not cluttered with a lot of tables.

My favorite part is the blonde waitress, and forgive me because I can't remember her name. Her and her mom both work there, and she is always so sweet and kind. She always remembers us and the conversations we have when we go in.

I recommend breakfast here, you won't be disappointed.

This is our third time here, and wasn't the "charm ", my egg white omelette was below subpar, egg whites were still runny, and they don't know how to make omelettes, definitely NOT fluffy , they brought a biscuit that was as hard as a rock , tiny, , inedible. toast was soggy, the home fries were decent. My mom's omelette was mediocre, in all I don't mind paying for good food, but this was not only overpriced for Steubenville, but just below mediocre. Service was good . I eat breakfast often, in many different states and countries
this place would've closed doors already somewhere else.

Food was terrible service was terrible. How can you mess up a grilled cheese sandwich and bacon. It was so greasy. It was terrible. The fries weren't barely cooked, took way too long to get over a half hour. The waitress was unavailable most of the time

On top of finding 2 hairs IN my food(mind you I’m a redhead with long hair and those are short brunette), at which I was at the last 3 bites of my sandwich. Had wanted extra avocado instead of egg and was told extra is upwards of $3!! I work in the kitchen. I understand food costs. Price of avocado ranges from $1.45-$1 PER avocado. Not 2.5 SLICES of avocado for that price. 3 slices of bacon and 2.5 slices of avocado for $13. Our server was wonderful and did a fantastic job but at that point I was fed up and none of what happened is on her nor her fault. But something needs to be brought to attention and after reading reviews. I was scared to start an altercation. Especially as our server was a wonderful lady and I don’t want it back on her. That’s a kitchen issue. Needs work on portioning and standardization. Because we loved it the first time and don’t know what happened this time!

Maybe take away the option to order online? Placed an order online through their website and it told us when to pick up the order. When we arrived, after driving 20 minutes, we were told that we could cancel our order or come back in a couple hours for our food because the in house diners get served before online orders are made. Which is fine, but maybe don’t offer the option to order online.
