Never been here, looking at restaurants to try, I wanted to ask how come pizza places nowadays are not melting the cheese and pepperoni anymore, cold pizza??? I could make that at home, what's up with cold pizza and cold toppings?

Tried the pizza tonight and it wasn’t good. Very plain not much flavor. Plus the bottom was burnt like the slices were reheated and not fresh. Won’t be coming back here.
