Absolutely incredible sandwiches and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Staying at the Best Western down the hill from the shop and it was absolutely worth the walk up in freezing temperatures. The prices are so low, but the quality is top-shelf. We got one of each sandwich (meatball, mild sausage and hot sausage), and each bite was better than the last. Definitely a wonderful meal on a super chilly day.

horrible service. told me that i was trashy and should be ashamed of myself for wearing shorts and a tank top that showed an inch of my stomach on a 83° day in the middle of august. the food is nothing more than okay on a good day (which is very rare). if you want some actual good food with good service drive 30 seconds down the road to rubis. i walked in, they told me it was cash only, i ran back out to my car and when i came in both old ladies were talking about me but stopped when i came in. i thought maybe i just heard wrong but after i paid they continued to carry on said i looked like a h*e and have no self respect. on a hot day in the middle of august. with nothing more showing than my legs, shoulders, and an inch of stomach. sorry you're ashamed of your body and are too insecure to walk outside in a pair of shorts but you shouldn't shame others who aren't. especially when the most you've accomplished in life is a meatball restaurant that dead 90% of the time. have better service and maybe your little shop will have a resurgence in customers but until then, nobody wants to deal with two crabby old women.
