Def Louie's Sandwich Shop

Okay, confession time: I just had the Hot Honey Garlic wings from Def Louie's, and I'm not sure I can go back to my old life. These aren't just wings; they're a gateway drug to pure bliss. The hot honey garlic hits you with this incredible one-two punch of sweet and spicy, so perfectly balanced it should be illegal. I definitely made some questionable noises while eating them, and I'm not ashamed to admit I considered proposing to the last wing in the box.
Normally, waiting for takeout is a chore, but the crew at Def Louie's? They were literally the BEST! They made me feel so welcome, I almost offered to help wash dishes. If you want wings that are so good they'll make you momentarily forget all your problems (and possibly your manners), you HAVE to try Def Louie's. My only regret is not ordering two pounds!

Great sandwich shop with excellent food. Owner was extremely nice and accommodating. Seems to be primarily takeout, but they do have a small dine in area if you choose to do so. We recommend and will definitely return!

My stepson surprised me and his dad with subs from your establishment. Delicious!! The pickles are a nice touch!
Steubenville has never had it so good.

Very good hoagie! I would recommend but the size isn't what we expected kind of small for the price. But very flavorful and fair amount of meat.

Unreal Sandwiches, Wings, and Even Better People!

Def Louie’s absolutely delivered! The wings were phenomenal — perfectly cooked with bold, addictive flavors. I had the Steak Me Home Tonight and The Fratelli sandwiches, and both were out of this world. The steak was juicy and loaded with melty cheese, while The Fratelli nailed that classic Italian sub flavor with a great toasted crunch.

The fries were spot on — crispy and golden — and the hot beer cheese took them to a whole new level. Seriously, don’t skip that combo!

On top of all that, it was awesome seeing Todd and meeting Brandi. They both made the experience even more welcoming. Def Louie’s is run with passion and heart. Definitely a must-visit in Steubenville!

Solid 8.7/10. Different ranch and fountain drinks be a 10/10

I tried to stop in, but apparently you need to order ahead and schedule a pickup time, as in 2 or 3 hours in the future. There were no other cars in the parking lot so it wasn't an issue of being two hours behind on orders so I don't understand the business model. It shouldn't take a "sandwich shop" two hours to make a sandwich. I'm not planning to try again.

Todd really does his thing. We eat here pretty often, and haven't tried something we didn't like! And those wings are the best hands down! We recently tried the Sledgehammer it was perfect for our family gathering at 3 feet long!

Must try!!! Love this place. Im new to the area, moved from out of state. Some decent food in the area.. this is my 2nd time ordering, loved both cluck norris and the iron Mike. Food is excellent and owner and staff are really nice. Can't wait to go back. Thanks again you guys!
