Can I put a zero star review? I've ordered from several different locations over the years via the app, and have always been able to get a pizza with no cheese but with other toppings. I tried to do the same with this location, but not only did it take an hour to get here, but it also had no toppings at all. Just sauce and bread. The app offers you a discount on your next item, but at this point I just want my money back. I tried to call the store and the manager (who wouldn't give his name) told me any no cheese pizza has no toppings. He also told me I'd have to pay full price for another order. I tried to call the corporate number, but all it does is tell you to go to the website. So yeah. Not only will I never order from this location again, but ill uninstall the Domino's app and never buy from them again. Simply ridiculous service.

Five stars across the board because I know how hard their employees work. Never had a wrong order with this store yet, nor bad food. Sometimes they take a long time, especially when waiting at the pickup window, but they working like honeybees.

They delivered the wrong size pop an when returned with the right ones said they needed the other ones back I've worked food an know they ain't allowed to re sell products or accept a return product unless throwing it away

Since 2019, I have ordered build your own hot Buffalo chicken pan pizza from dominoes in numerous different states. Their standard Buffalo Chicken pizza doesn't let you take their nasty onions off, so I use the build your own. It's probably closer to an 80% chance you don't get hot sauce if selected. It's only the hot sauce option that gets missed. All other toppings are usually never missed. Doesn't matter if you select light, normal , or extra. Hot sauce is under toppings>veggies and more, which i think is silly. Don't know why it couldn't be with the other sauces. I think this is potentially why it gets missed. This isn't a failure on the individual stores, but corporate themselves. Just make the onions removable or do something about the hot sauce issue. It could be so simple.

The steak and cheese sandwich hardly had anything on it. 2 spoons of steak ~ some cheese ~ a few pieces of green pepper ~ a few pieces of onion.
As much as one slice of cheese was the whole sandwich.

Don't buy gift card from them they rip you out of your money bought one for 25.00 they said nothing was on it so called the number on the back of card in front of them it said 25.00 was on card and they still told me no. So they screw you out of money I will never go there again

Store Policy is to not break a 50, but that wasn't anywhere on the website and we didn't find out til we paid. The delivery man was great and very apologetic, but this is crazy.

I just picked up my first and last pizza from Domino's . I have never had such a disgusting looking and tasting pizza in my life. I ordered a thin crust, Large with tomato sauce, mushrooms and pepperoni. The crust was burnt on the edges, the mushrooms were all dried out and horrible looking and the pepperoni was so over cooked it was hard as a rock. I can't believe I spent 16.99 for such a piece of garbage. I expect a full refund sent to me in the mail as I will not ever step foot into that store location again. Also, the inside of the store was not very well maintained.. Yuck! The store number is 2275 Steubenville, OH
