Always receive amazing service and have a wonderful relationship with the employees
Poor Customer they lied about being able to cancel an app order (they need to read Corporate policy) and I am out $11.00. I got the run around for almost 4 weeks and no resolve from Dunkin’ Customer Service! My advice avoid using the app and never purchase or use a gift card! I would avoid Dunkin’ and especially this location. The person not only lied or didn’t know what she was talking about but was extremely rude and mouthy.
Listen, personality is everything when it comes to repeat customers! My girl Madison at the Steubenville Ohio location is seriously incredible and is the reason I continue to buy my coffee from there daily. Is my coffee always the best tasting? No, not always.
