Dunkin' Steubenville was awesome to us, especially Mr. Donut Boy. He had such a kind personality and was so helpful. After living overseas the last 4 years, it was so nice to get coffee and a dozen donuts, and be welcomed with such nice customer service. Thank you!

All of the workers here are pretty nice, except for one. Sarah is always rude and gossiping every time I go to this Dunkin', it always ruins my experience. Not how I want to start my day. Probably never coming back, until they replace her.

So one the lady's and gentleman know me here i broke down in the drive thru this morning instead of o my drive thrus close no more orders 2 of the lady's ran out and helped me push it declining payment for there help but had a few good laughs much appreciated good people work here

Only location I go to where they think it's acceptable to just mix their powder mix into hot water and call it hot chocolate. When it comes from the machine it tastes great like it's supposed to. Over half the time they just add powder to water. The taste is night and day. I literally throw it out which is a total waste of money. People need to do there job and top the machine off. Wintersville and weirton this never happens.

If you go in anytime after 10:00 a.m. you're not going to get no donuts they're bacon is always hardly cooked and nasty they're rude do not go to the Toronto Ohio dunkin' donuts

Coffee is whatever, it is Dunkin. But I can echo the rudeness of one particular employee there. Ordered online to go in and have the coffees pushed towards me without a word. I said have a good day and absolutely stone face response. I hope the manager of the store sees this but I doubt they will. Why work in a coffee shop or in customer service if you act like this. Get lost. Go to the bottom of the hill to Leonardo’s instead and help a small business.
