Coffee is whatever, it is Dunkin. But I can echo the rudeness of one particular employee there. Ordered online to go in and have the coffees pushed towards me without a word. I said have a good day and absolutely stone face response. I hope the manager of the store sees this but I doubt they will. Why work in a coffee shop or in customer service if you act like this. Get lost. Go to the bottom of the hill to Leonardo’s instead and help a small business.

I love coming here for coffee, donuts, food, etc. It can become really busy at times, but that’s because Steubenville Dunkin is the best! Addy is so nice to the customers, always has a smile on her face and tries her hardest at her job, even when a rush is going on. She’s my favorite worker there. The food and coffee is amazing! I’d say the sourdough breakfast sandwich is my go to. Overall, this place is amazing and recommend it to any in the Steubenville/Wintersville/Weirton...

Idk her name. We talked about the pink velvet macchiato and how to tweak it to add some more flavor. Woman deserves a raise. Lol. She’s always fast, friendly, and efficient which is a how a Dunkin should run!
