I went in to order exited to find something healthy and google said it was open but no they closed 3 minuets ago and wouldn't let me order. 🙄The door was unlocked and she said “sorry i just closed my drawer” i own my own business and if a customer comes in i will of course open my drawer. Will not be coming back.

I drive for Doordash and all I can say is their service is horrible!! I guess they consider DD non customers so they take their good old time preparing the orders or bypass them to prepare orders for walk in customers. I might not be the customer per se but they fail to consider that the actual customer might be on a time constraint for lunch or not want their food getting cold, soggy or melt. Another small restaurant owner told me they are supposed to know and quote the time it takes to prepare an order. French Twist must be skirting the system because their orders are NEVER ready!! I don't know about the quality but if you are on a time constraint, don't order from here. It will be late!!

Today was my 1st experience with Fresh Twist. I ordered online and was given a 30 minute time frame for pickup. As I was driving there, I received a text from the restaurant, telling me that my order was ready for pickup. When I arrived, approx. 3 minutes later, the business was VERY busy with approx. 25-30 people waiting. I went up to the cashier and told them I had placed an online order and got a text telling me it was ready. Only 1 of my orders was ready and I waited an additional 35 minutes for the 2nd half of my order. This caused me to be late returning to work. This establishment should be more mindful of times it sets for completion of orders and NOT text someone that there order was ready if the ENTIRE order isn't ready. The food was very good but I will have to think twice about ordering here again if it's a work day.

I have been here 3 or 4 times based on a recommendation and will pass the torch. Place is cute and clean, the people are so lovely and the food is amazing! So far I have tried the Buddha bowl, full of nutrients and pretty dang tasty. The margarita flatbread and the cheese steak flatbread (pictured) both with cauliflower crust. As well as the pb&j smoothie and pistachio smoothie (pictured). I would recommend all 5 of those items. Haha. I would say it is a safe bet going here. So far my favorite is the pb&j smoothie and the cheese steak cauliflower flatbread. 😋

Great vegan food. My Philly sandwich was flavorful and perfectly toasted. Falafel bowl was good, and you got a lot for the money. Ice cream bowl was very good also. Very clean and organized feel. Interesting location with space shared with a hair salon. We'd definitely go back. There are many other items on the menu we'd like to try.
Vegetarian options: Except for honey, menu is all vegan - but honey is fine.

I wish you guys were in operation when I was younger, I tried so hard to enjoy plant based protein options that wasn't so expensive from the grocery store back then but during that time you'd be lucky if you would find any plant based chikn patties. this place would probably kept me on track with a vegetarian diet while feeling like I was treating myself! my mom ordered a supreme flatbread and I made my own bowl of leafy greens, sunflower seeds, double mushrooms, and fajita peppers with onions and rad ranch on the side. everything was so yummy and I am so impressed with the mozzarella cheese that's offered it taste more like mozzarella cheese than some real mozzarella cheeses! I am so happy I finally got to try something from here as I've been silently watching posts drooling waiting for the time to strike. I highly recommend and I also recommend bringing your friend/family member who always thinks the idea of plant based food doesn't sound good and share a flatbread with them, those flatbreads will hook them in!
