The food is great but the staff is not very friendly. They never smile at me as if I don’t fit the part to be in the establishment and have been asked for before they handed me my food if it was paid for, as if you can place a pick up order without paying for it. I order at least once a week for over a year and I dread having to go in and get my order 😭
I am a once a week customer and I LOVE this place💝🌻 it is my happy place🤣💝 I get an asain crunch salad and some sort of smoothie (purple rain) or my favorite seasonal bowl superhuman bowl! Super delicious!!
Today was my 1st experience with Fresh Twist. I ordered online and was given a 30 minute time frame for pickup. As I was driving there, I received a text from the restaurant, telling me that my order was ready for pickup. When I arrived, approx. 3 minutes later, the business was VERY busy with approx. 25-30 people waiting. I went up to the cashier and told them I had placed an online order and got a text telling me it was ready. Only 1 of my orders was ready and I waited...
