FroeIich's is a fun restaurant to eat at. They have a toy train set up hanging from the ceiling which my 2yr great nephew got a kick out of. Our waitress was helpful and I enjoyed eating the giant grilled cheese sandwich

It has been years since we have been here. It was before they were Froehlich's so I cant base anything on a past experience. All I can do is share the experience we had today. Looking for something good. This area has garbage places to eat. Never tries to expand. So we decided out of process of elimination to try here. You walk in and it smells funny like all the crap hole places around here. There were no other diners, which should have tipped me off. The server, and older blond woman seated us. Asked about something on the menu and she didn't know the answer or didn't offer to go to the back and ask the cook. She simply said she didn't know and that was that. I also ordered a salad and she didn't hear me so when she came back I had mentioned it again and she got a bit snippy with me. I did order extra dressing and she charged me for the one that comes with the salad and an extra but I only got one. I should have only been charged for one dressing. Sure, it was only a little over a buck, but it is the point of the matter. Now onto the food. There were 3 of us. Two of us got buffalo chicken sandwich and fries. The chicken was slimy. One of us got a reuben with onion rings and a side salad and we shared an appetizer. The food was nothing special. Actually kind of awful but our bill was over $70. Not worth it and we will not go back. Now we are back to having no real place to eat around here.

Charming and comfortable atmosphere. There was a Dean Martin Festival in town so the impersonator was a great addition.
I ordered a Blue Moon with the Atomic Burger with sweet potato fries, and the homemade Apple pie.
The burger was a little more done than I'd like, I ordered medium rare, and it came out medium.
Otherwise it was excellent. Very spicy, juicy and delicious.

The Apple Pie was everything I could have wished for.

Great food at a good price served with a smile.

Wife had the chicken salad and I had the burger with their cut fries. I would drive back there for the cut fries again thet were most likely in my top 3 ever. The burger was cooked perfectly. The server and host were over the top friendly and gave us a tour in their banguet room and provided activities that take place in town. Excellant service and food was priced reasonably. Great place to consider. We were just passing through the area for the first time and enjoyed going there.

Always good food. Live music Fridays at 7. Karaoke on Wednesdays at 8:30. Closed Monday and closed Sunday evening. Parking is in back enter off 5th or 6th Street.

Standard fare for the area in an art deco style setting.

Food was good at decent prices. Reminded me of Station Grille or River City, at least the dishes we got.

The service was slow because they have literally one waitress working the entire restaurant, which is strangely split across multiple rooms in the building. There is no hostess or even signage as to whether or not you seat yourself. The waitress herself was good, there just should obviously be at least one other person working.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the place, perhaps it would be less exciting after the first time, but it was very fun to walk into and take a look at. Lighting was nice as well.

6 of us went in for lunch on 03/22/2025, we ordered appetizers before our meals, the orders consisted of steak, fish, pork chops and burgers, all were cooked to order and tasted great. The service was quick and friendly. The atmosphere was welcoming as were the staff, we will all indeed be back and would recommend this place to all, Thank you for a great experience
