Recently got cookie cake .it was absolutely , horrible looking . I asked for a cheerleader it was a stick figure, I’m just old school,but they use to do nice decorations but wasn’t !

The pretzels are always fresh and the cookies are always good. However, the girls working act like they have no idea what to do. I asked for two pretzels and they needed to be made. So I waited and waited. It wasn’t until like 10 minutes after they were done when one of the girls whispered to me about them being done. The one who made the pretzels wasn’t even the one to tell me. She kinda just got on her phone and they were giggling together instead of doing their job. Customer service is not good

I ordered a cookie cake online and shortly after received a phone call that the special i had ordered is no longer available and I would have to pay a different price. I asked what it would be and it was more than I was looking to spend at the time so I said to just cancel it. I was told it couldn't be done over the phone and to come in and they would refund me. I drove to the store and was told it couldn't be done because I was only charged $4. I showed them my bank transaction AND my email confirmation, both showing I was charged $25.50. After 45 minutes if arguing with them in the store, they still refused my refund. I wasn't offered $25 worth of cookies to replace my transaction or anything. They basically took my money and told me to go F myself. I am incredibly upset and will never visit this location again other than to continue to fight to get my money back.

I usually get good service however I went over on a Saturday around 6 they hardly had anything I paid for lemonade which had no ice.and needed more lemon's.and there pretzel bites and pretzels were hard. So I went to get a refund. I explained it to the older lady told me they shouldn't be hard they were made at 5 more like 5 in the morning. Things do have a shelf life. And heat lamps make food hard sitting there to long. Very disappointed.

Ordered for my sons bday. They spelled the name wrong, however fixed it on the fly and it look perfect. Location is in what should be a condemned mall, the floors are rippled and raised in areas. Be careful walking inside.

Spelled my sons name wrong on his cookie that I ordered online so she had the spelling in front of her! My husband picked it up and he said he barely got to see it she opened the lid so fast and closed it that he didn’t notice. So I called. First she lied right to me and told me I must have had autocorrect because that’s the way I spelled his name, she wasn’t thinking I had the email they sent with the confirmation of everything! When I told her that she said oh well I’m dyslexic and sometimes I spell things wrong, I don’t know what to tell you. We close at 6 so you can come back and we can fix it but that’s all we can do for you.—it was 5:45 at the time. I hung up on her because I wanted to say things that were not appropriate. She doesn’t belong in any type of customer service job ever and shame on this store for letting her write on people’s cookies if she really is dyslexic if they’re not checking them before they go to the customer!
