So I called and ordered a half sheet cake and I wanted a Deadpool design. And they told me that they do not have anyone on staff that can do custom designs on cakes. Thanks a lot Krogers. You really dropped the ball on this one. I will never order another cake from you again. And I am going to tell everyone I know that you can’t make a simple cake.

Huge shout out to Steubenville Krogers. Because of a glitch our sons cake was never made. The staff jumped right on it and made him a great cake he was happy with! Always satisfied with my experience here.

Only applies to the Kroger at 264 S Hollywood Blvd. I have never seen a more lazy group of individuals. Customer service is definitely not a priority there. I was in there around 9pm And all of the people I encountered were so unmotivated And unwilling to help me find the reusable Kroger shopping bags. I asked three different people where they were and they all looked at me and said I don't know and looked at me like I was asking for the moon.
