The food and service has always been good, but they need to fix their fountain drink machine and add more sugar to their sweet tea. It always taste like carbonated water with a splash of syrup.

Did my order, waited 20 minutes or more and NO ONE came for any money or acknowledged me or the other customers waiting on their orders. They were all focused on drive thru customers. I will never go back there after 5pm again 🤬🤬🤬

Took over 15 mins to get my food to me . All staff where just slouched over on there phone only one 1 person a young female very polite took my order and did it all right for me . But 15 mins came along and I’m just standing there no one asked me for anything but sure where on the phone . Walking around . . It took the same girl who took my order to hand us our food well a manger after the young girl told her . So very disappointed! And I come here often

Why does your mobile order have a counter pickup if you're going to lock the door from 2:30 to 4:30. Maybe you should turn that option off or maybe you should just suck it up and put your big boy pants on and unlock the door and deal with a few kids eating after school.

This place is listed as 24/7, and it simply is not. I regularly get off work at 1 am, craving anything to eat after a grueling 10 hour shift. This is the only place in a 30 minute radius that is open. I drive here. It's closed. I sit in the parking lot wondering why god has forsaken me so.
The times they are open, it takes forever to get my food, the order has something wrong with it, and I genuinely fear someone has tampered with my food for daring to be hungry after work due to the attitude received by the workers.
At this point, I'd rather stick to starving.
