Worst service ever. Apparently this location doesn't alternate the taking of orders at the drive thru. I was in lane 1 and was told just a moment. Three different cars that pulled in after me, in lane 2, were taken care of before me. No apology, no explanation. Just cold food after waiting 10 minutes at the order screen.

Every time I go to the Steubenville McDonald’s, they always mess up my food, no matter what they always find a way to mess it up. I told them no onions on my sandwiches because I’m allergic to them and I should not have to tell them that and yet they still put onions on my food! Give me unsweetened tea When I asked for sweet tea. Half of the time they only give me cold fries that are disgusting and when they put everything in a bag, they basically throw it in. And when I call them to tell them about it, they are so rude and they hang up on you!

We went in and ordered our food at the kiosks, then because the smell was so bad from the floors, we walked outside. The employees then locked the doors and said we didn't actually order food. Overall the employees looked high and were sassy, bad look for McDonald's all over the world.
The service of the wintersville drive-thru the employees are great but the drive-thru has gone downhill super slow

The amount of times they have messed up my order is crazy to me. McDonald's food is McDonald's food, so you can't really complain, and the people there are very kind, however the amount of times they've messed up my order has me considering just spending a bit more and getting Wendy's instead. Otherwise, just make sure you have everything you ordered before you leave.
