The food was okay BUT my wife and I saw a waitress get ketchup on her hand. She then stuck her hand in a water glass on the table she was clearing and swished her fingers around in the prior customers glass. GROSS! She washed her fingers off in a glass that had been used by a customer. This was a first fl visit and a last visit. Okay for but hygiene was completely absent.

I've been to Naples maybe 5 times, It has a nice hometown feel to it. The Fettuchini Alfredo with Chicken was the best I ever had.

I love going here.. The food is delicious. All the workers are very polite and so helpful on anything you order. I have been there quite a few times. An we will continue to go. I can't say nothing negative about Naples
Went here today my friend told the waitress her fries were extremely cold and I said I didn't like the chicken Alfredo. So we tell them upfront and they said and they said, because we put it off to the side they had to charge my friend! $24.99 for chicken Alfredo told wasn't good! Just proved to me why I haven't eaten here since 2009, they ripped my friend off horribly!

Place was packed. Waited about 45 minutes and well worth it. Staff was friendly, food was delicious. Highly recommend!

Yummy! The husband said the bolognese was almost as good as mine. I checked it out, and it tasted just like mine! In my book, that's a winner. Casual atmosphere ?, good food, great desserts.

Absolutely disgusting! Tastes worse the the photos. This is where old people go to eat for being the cheapest option. Below chef boyardee quality. Chicken wasn't fresh it was frozen thawed then heated up in a microwave. Inexcusable that you're too lazy and cheap to fry fresh chicken cutlets. What other short cuts are being taken here? I will never know or care one and done. Go to pastaio for REAL Italian food night and day difference. This is gruel level quality I've had better food in county jails.

Dirty. Spaghetti sauce watered down, small portions. Meat rubbery. Yeak !!!!
