Wow!!! Best pizza shop I’ve ever been to! Got the spaghetti pizza today, and it was delicious! Second time ordering Rubis this week. Please never go away Rubi, for I will be heartbroken.

Pizza is good but the service/owners are utterly intransigent and not family friendly. They won’t do half pizzas for their expensive pizza. Say you want meat supreme but your pickier kids want plain. They won’t give you one half meat even if you tell them “charge me for a full meat!” You’re forced to buy two separate full pizzas (at least $45 instead of $25). We’ve never had a pizzeria elsewhere refuse to divide into half pizzas for you. Then they can’t pour you a cup of water but make you pay for the bottle. They offer milkshakes but can’t sell you a cup of milk for your kids even when you’re ordering from the owner directly. My 1.5 y/o plays with the salt shaker because he’s 1.5 and they yell at you to stop. We’re done here. Taking our dollars elsewhere in Steubenville. I hate to write this review and want to support this family-run business but they’re just not great people. You feel like they’re not there to serve you but to extract money from you

I was the first customer to walk in today. Being that it’s Christmas Eve, you would think people would be cheerful. However, no one even greeted me. I grabbed a tray & walked up to the counter only to be stared at blankly for minutes before them asking, “can I help you”… almost felt like they didn’t even want to take my order. When they put my food up, they did not let me know it was ready. The second set of customers were a white family of 4 & a solo white male. They were all greeted when they walked in & were conversed with very nicely. As well as thanked for stopping in when receiving their food. I am a young black man with dreads. Why could I have not been treated the same? Is it too much to ask? The attitude & the unwelcoming energy of the workers was overwhelming. Last time eating here.

Friendly attentive staff spacious atmosphere. Order was correct. No long wait. The food was very good. Im not from this state but for future reference theres a ice skating rink right outside this place and I thought that was nice. Portions were good✅. Plenty seating indoor and outdoor. All my items only came up to $30. I didn't eat the salad until next day and it was still very fresh and crunchy not soggy. Just a heads up dont leave your chicken in the container with red and white checkered paper because the red dye started to leak/bleed on food. Ngl It was so good that i still ate it 😣😂 dye and all. I would recommend putting food in a different container if not consuming right away. But nonetheless this place is definitely a combacker for me 🖤🖤

Light crispy crust the delicious hot hearty veggies oh my GOD with the olive oil. I can't help myself. Yummy 😋 Yummy 😋

Traveling for business and went to Rubi's on a recommendation. I let the nice girl behind the counter decide for me. She recommended the Buffalo Chicken and the original Cheese. The Buffalo was just slightly spicy but not too bad, had plenty of flavor. Cheese was very good as well. Crust was crispy with a good chew. Settled on a chocolate milkshake with cherry and sprinkles because why not!? Would definitely recommend as the place was very busy even for a Monday night.
