WOW. FRESH PASTA. LITERALLY FRESH. Not more than 24 hours old!! Great service. Casual atmosphere. Amazing food. My gluten free Tuscan Chicken was out of this world. We came into town for the Nutcracker display and fell upon this gem.

We were in town for the nutcracker village and had to find a spot to eat. Scaffidi's came in to save the day! I looked ahead and saw that they had a handful of gluten free options which was very helpful in finding a place. The food was delicious. The sauces were excellent pairings for the pasta. The Hoagies were both mouth watering. There a bit of a kick. Also a bit of a kick with the Tuscan Pasta, it's the peppers and seasoning. I'm a tad surprised I wasn't a bit more adventurous with my GF options, alas, I needed some food. Josie was our waitress. Absolute sweetheart. I believe there wasn't a lot of other staff working. She had a lot on her shoulders for a Tuesday night. Someone forgot my brother's french fries. It took a couple trips back to the kitchen, so we just got them to-go. The restaurant overall, was a fun atmosphere. Everything in Steubenville has Dean Martin and or Rat Pack memorabilia and similar music playing. If I'm ever in town again, I know I can count on this spot for good gluten free Italian!

The only thing I can review is the service.Abysmal at best. We walked in, were seated quickly since there were only 3 other tables seated. Waited a good 10 minutes before anyone approached our table. Waitress seemed out of it, high or something. Ordered 2 beers, 2 waters and a pop. 20 minutes later she came by and brought menus and said she was waiting on the bartender. Don't need a bartender for water's and the pop......15 more minutes went by and never seen her again so we left. Went to a much classier Italian restaurant in wintersville with exceptional service. Save your money, skip this one.

I was impressed with this last visit which shows that you keep coming back worth a shot. We stopped by for late dinner on a Friday evening with no wait. We were greeted right away and put in a drink and appetizer order in. Both had lobster bisque and garlic bread. Our meals were ready before even finished soup, but she slowed it so we could finish. For our meals we had the lasagna and gnocchi with a meatball and pink sauce. Soooo much food no room for dessert.

Excellent spaghetti and meatballs to go. They slipped in a box of free pastry. I don't know what it's called but it is the cure for a long week. Soooo good!

I have frequented this restaurant several times over the last year while visiting my daughter who is a college student in the area. It has been one of our favorite local restaurant to visit. Up until tonight, the food has been consistently good and delicious. Sadly tonight it was sub par. Much of our food seemed reheated and not freshly made. I hope this was an off night and not the new standard as I have enjoyed many a delicious meals there.

That's more like it one star, If you're hungry, don't go there. If you want good food don't go over there. I don't know anything about their service. I just went up there and picked up some food and there was nothing there at all for what they charge. They must be living on Dagos.

The bruschetta here is phenomenal. The stuffed ravioli and the zucchini strips are amazing. I wasn't a huge fan of the homemade spaghetti. But, definitely will be back for the bruschetta and ravioli. The waitresses were very friendly and the service was great. The decor is nice.

Always an awesome experience. Food is wonderful, very obvious that it is homemade. If you want a good home cooked meal, try them out very nice portions.--- you don't leave hungry !

Do not eat at this poor attempt at an Italian restaurant. First, you will be greeted by a punk server who appears not to have bathed in over a week who utters, "You want a table or something, then hold on". The pasta is so overcooked it must have been laying around for hours. The flavor of the meat sauce resembles ketchup with finely minced hamburger. The temperature of the food was almost as bad as that of the building-very uncomfortable. And then the final joke arrived-do you want boxes for your food? No, if I couldn't eat it tonight, I'm surely mot going to eat it later.

This place is absolutely trash, it is an insult to the other fine Italian restaurants that Steubenville is known for. All the food is obviously microwaved and something as simple as bread was also microwaved. Breaking down our meal the appetizer was calamari that was 11 dollars and consisted of 10 rings that was soggy and served on more lettuce than our salad had. The main courses were all microwaved that included an 18 dollar lobster ravioli that came with gritty sauce and 7 raviolis. This place is slowly descending into a place that will primarily be supported by its bar and not by its food. Please search other places in the area for Italian food as their are plenty other options.

Everything we had ordered, spaghetti, meatballs, chicken parm, wine, salad was great!

I ordered Scaffidi's from DoorDash and got the chicken parm. I asked for alfredo sauce on the spaghetti. I regret that decision. The chicken parm was good, could have had a little more in the flavor department. The alfredo sauce was bland. Apparently its made with ricotta, which I've never been a big fan of because of the texture. The sauce was kind of dry, and grainy. I make my own alfredo sauce and it should, in my personal and professional opinion, be creamy and have garlic and parmesan flavor. Ricotta is not a good choice for alfredo sauce. Ricotta doesn't have good flavor and makes for a totally lackluster taste. On the plus side, I did enjoy the lobster bisque and of course the cannoli...who doesn't love a good cannoli?

Ordered the Chicken Parmigiana. Upgraded to the Gnocchi and got the Italian Chili. Chill was delicious and the Chicken Parmigiana was delicious. The Gnocchi was absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!! Tossed it. Wouldn't give it it away. Would be a crime.
