The baristas here are amazing—so kind, day in, day out. It gets BUSY and they’re always friendly and considerate no matter what. India makes an effort to have personable interactions with every guest and Derick shines as a leader. Are there less crowded locations? Maybe. And most Starbucks employees are good with customers across locations. Agreed. But for this spot in particular, I’d wait a couple extra minutes during the rush *happily* because when I leave there, my mornings are so merry. :) gotta find out how to spread the good news to corporate

Liked to give it zero stars. How can you not have hot coffee in the morning the second day you are open??? Lazy employees if you ask me. Never going again to this location. Will stick with Weirton Starbucks. Never had an issue there

I went in today after work hoping to get a small coffee of some type to keep my energy up after the long day. However I went in and they said the espresso machine was down. I then seen the sign by the register and seen they couldn’t make any type of coffee at all. I was disappointed but decided to get a refresher instead but they seemed to not have all of those either so I ended up with a pink drink which I don’t usually enjoy. I understand if there are machine issues but I don’t think the staff has to be so rude by the fact I didn’t see the sign prior to ordering.

Horribly understaffed. Poor barista was slammed and working by herself. She did a good job of holding it together but management should have never put her in that position.

They are good when they are good but really bad when they are bad. They never seem to have ingredients for menu items. Staff is always nice and feel bad for them that they always have to turn orders away due to not have ingredients.

Went in to use a half off code on a drink, barista tells me I have to use it online only, I showed her it says I can show her or do it online. She then tells me she doesn’t know the button for it and can’t do it.
