I am always excited to have the nacho fries and then I get them unseasoned. There is no point of even bringing them back if they won’t even season them. I asked if they could add extra and said it was a consistency seasoning. There is no seasoning. I will never spend money here again. Can go anywhere else to get plain fries.

The late-night team was absolutely terrible. They refused to give Uber Eats the order I had already paid for, and told both the driver and me that the items were “not available in-house” to make my order. They also refused to provide a replacement order, even though the payment had already gone through. They should have canceled the order the moment they realized the food wasn’t actually available.
Instead, they had the driver call me, and when I asked about replacements, they refused again. They told me to cancel and place the order again, which made no sense because the driver was already at the restaurant waiting for the food to be delivered and I was unaware of the me u availability. When I tried to follow their instructions, I was still charged full price for a meal I never received.
Now I understand the orchestration—because Uber’s policy is that if the customer cancels, there’s no refund. By making me cancel instead of canceling it themselves, they avoided responsibility. It honestly felt like a scam—I paid for food but got nothing.

Legit half my tacos were empty. I threw away half my tacos because it was all shell. I'm never eating here again.
Got the wrong receipt first of all, they forgot one of my tacos, gave me no sauce for my tacos which was on the screen when asked if everything was okay. Never got a thank you yet I said thank you to her. Was not at a lunch rush was there earlier. Steubenville location!! I should have checked my bag but I had food that needed put away visit was not a good experience!

Ordered 3 chips & cheese. ( $8.97 ) Got only 1 cheese dip. Got the 3 chips. Not cheap for a little deal of chips so why short it? It’s not hard to warm up cheese. Do your job & stop being lazy

I ordered for my lunch break from door dash. It was well past my quoted time and my dasher said no one would address her. I called taco bell and was told they didn't have my order and so hadn't started it. My door dasher was there to pick it up proving it did go through. The person on the phone didn't offer any help or explanation. I ended up having to cancel through door dash and get a refund. Horrible!

Ordered three hours in advance but they didn’t have they didn’t even start the order when the time came for pickup. Also, they didn’t have the ingredients to make half of our order. They refused to refund us and suggested we wait over an hour for our order instead. They declined to give us gift cards to make up for the lack of food. They could only offer their condolences. For a place called Taco Bell, you would think they would be able to make tacos. Living Menos.
