Brought me well done steak instead of medium.Literally un chewable,was like chewing cloth and didn't have much flavor. They brought me another..it was rare.Unchewable but took it anyway.Minced it ,cooked it at home very disappointing.

Ordered multiple burger meals for my family and every plate had a raw burger, not pink, raw!! When brought to the waitresses attention she was very helpful however management was snippy and rude. Remade my meal and then didn't bring back out my sides.

6 ounce sirloin was the best I have had in awhile! Cooked medium well, tender, juicy & full of flavor!!
This place used to be the best restaurant in the area. Now 2 of the past 3 times we have went it has been not so good. Tonight my family went to eat around 7:15. My son's steak was cooked right. Mine and my wife both ordered medium, and got less than medium rare. I could tell from the minute she sat the steak down it was waaaaaay under cooked. Like less than medium-rare under cooked. Once food is at the table I don't send it back. It's either getting eaten or going away for good. You have the audacity to charge people $30 for a steak, you get one chance to cook the steak correctly. Last time I was there for my birthday around the beginning of February I ordered a 16oz prime rib and got 12oz of fat delivered to my table. The manager acted offended that I said something. I expect some fat on a prime rib, but 2/3rds is unreasonable. Anyway I'll not choose these guys again and it's a shame, they used to be super consistent. I'm not sure what's changed but it hasnt been for the best that's for sure
