Almost always seated quickly, Wait Staff is great, Food is good. Can be cold, we always bring a hoodie.
Only truly negative thing would have to be: rude customers, I've experienced rude customers here more often than other local restaurants comparatively, not sure why but it's strange. It is annoying when just trying to enjoy a meal and I feel bad for the staff with the way people act sometimes.

When you go to Texas Roadhouse you assume to get the same food the same service and the same atmosphere. In Steubenville it never misses.
My opinion the bone in 20oz ribeye is unmatched but I’ve done with numerous people who get other items and have zero complaints. Consistency is key.
