When you go to Texas Roadhouse you assume to get the same food the same service and the same atmosphere. In Steubenville it never misses.
My opinion the bone in 20oz ribeye is unmatched but I’ve done with numerous people who get other items and have zero complaints. Consistency is key.

The service is usually good and we get seated fast. But everytime I order steak it's not cooked the way I ask. If I order medium, a well done steak is disappointing. As is getting a rare steak the next time.

Only truly negative thing would have to be: rude customers, I've experienced rude customers here more often than other local restaurants comparatively, not sure why but it's strange. It is annoying when just trying to enjoy a meal and I feel bad for the staff with the way people act sometimes.
