I was extremely disappointed with our recent family dinner. We had hoped for a nice Saturday evening out, but the experience was a disaster.

The problems started from the moment we arrived. We waited a long time to be seated, and when we were finally at our table, the seats were incredibly uncomfortable—they felt like hard bricks. The table was also too low, which made for a cramped and painful experience for me as a taller person.

The inflexibility of the staff was another major issue. We had two kids who wanted different wing flavors, and for a $14 order of 12 wings, we were told we could not split the order 6 and 6. This was a ridiculous thing to argue over for a group spending over $200.

The food itself was the final letdown. Every single dish was either overcooked or undercooked, ingredients were missing, and the cooking oil used for the deep-fried items was clearly old, ruining the taste. We left angry and hungry, and I ended up having to go home and cook dinner for everyone.

Skimping on ingredients, on salads. Sliver of a Egg on one salad, second salad had two slivers on it. Smallest Egg I've seen in my life.

Food was delicious. Service was poor. Our waiter did not check on us to see if we needed anything one time.
As far as the atmosphere there were intoxicated women exchanging loud and inappropriate comments. One of them began shouting, which made the environment uncomfortable for us, so we rushed to finish our meals.

We walk in for my sisters first communion we love the food and the service here but not today. We walk in with reservations! And they gave the table we had to anther family so if you have a reservation expect it to be taken

Waitress Sam was so nice and her service was great.. Very pleasant an I wanted a meatball sub but she showed me it was meatball sandwich an she totally recommended it to me.. She was right, huge an delicious...Shawn was also very friendly an socialable.. I just moved to Ohio an this is a keeper restaurant.. Thanks guys

The waitress was really patient with all the questions and food allergies my mother has and was extremely sweet! She had suggested for my mom to try the steak and my mother loved it! I had the baked cod, my oldest has the spaghetti and meatball, and youngest had the cheese burger and fries. We all loved what we got!

People need to stay out of Pittsburgh and stay in Steubenville. A lot of good reviews about this place, and I think it's not all that and a bag of chips! We came at busy time and the servers kept up just swell! Of course it was busy in there with how well the food and service is. Server Anna did a FANTASTIC job and was very helpful in recommending many options. I ended up ordering the mouth watering top cut beef tips. Pretty tasteful and tender. I ate it up like a dog! Even their dessert was delicious.

Cozy atmosphere, good food, and friendly and attentive staff. "Justy's" Steak Sandwich" was good, my fiancee enjoyed her turkey burger, and we shared a cheese stick appetizer. With two draft beers the meal was just about around $40. We had a great time!
